I have been getting call from that number for the last couple days.  I answer but they don't say a word.

Called twice ..1:20 and 2:09 am!  Did not answer and blocked number

This number has called 7 times today. I don't answer.  I blocked the number now they're calling from 232 21 075805. I block it also.

I've gotten 6 calls from variations of this 232 phone number since May 4 (it is now May 6).  First 5 said unavailable.  Last time I was holding my phone, it rang twice, and my caller ID says Sierra Leone.
Did a quick Google search and found this:
"A nationwide phone scam from Sierra Leone. It's  called the “One Ring” scam. The aim is to have you call the international number back, resulting in high phone charges. DO NOT call back. Instead, authorities  recommend simply blocking these numbers."

My sister received four calls from this number at 3 o’clock in the morning

My sister received four calls at 3 o’clock in the morning for the same number

We somehow got charged $120 in international charges. Don’t answer it!
