It rang for 1 ring and then stopped!  Has anyone else had this?

Yes they have just called me for 1 ring too!!! No idea who it is though!!!

I have also had a call from this number about 2 minutes ago, it rang once, i phoned it back and was charged 60p for it to go to an asnwer machine and say international parcel delivery.
I have also had a text from this number which told me to ring a number to arrange a parcel to be delivered...to which i know nothing of.
This is a con!..So do not ring this number back.

I've had the same - have been plagued with texts this weekend and now the 1 ring phonecall.  I definitely won't be calling back

Received a txt message yesterday saying "Urgent Parcel Delivery Call This Number. Called the number and was left on answer machine which i have now probaly been charged for. Got another single ring phone call this morning but this time i aint calling back. Someone must be stealing a data base of numbers from somewhere. Which network is others on with this problem? Im on O2

I've had exactly the same thing happen to me - first a text a few days ago about an 'urgent parcel delivery' and then just now a missed call.  I'm also with O2.  All very strange!

I too have had a missed call from this number, in fact cant even say it rang once!!!  I too am on O2, wonder if our details have been sold to a third party!!!

I'm with T-mobile and i've had a missed call also, this seems to be a con, they bill your phone privider with a premium cost per minute when you call it, you should report them to your network provider

I have had exactly the same thing but there is no record of the text message in my inbox or anywhere else. The 1 ring phone call also happened to me. Do not ring back it's a scam.

Yes I fell for this one too.  I thought it was a bit odd when I was offered a delivery time of 6pm to 8pm.  Got my hopes up when it said international delivery.  I thought my mail order bride was finally en-route.  Oh well maybe someday.

I had a missed call from this number this morning and what alerted me to it probably being a scam was the unusual number. Nowhere in the UK hs a code not starting with a 0.

I never answer calls if I don't recgnise the number but even I was surprised by this one. I also rarely get unsolicited calls and will now keep an eye out for calls on this mobile number.

Thank goodness for this site as I know it is a scam and not to reply to any calls from this number or any like it - or any texts about delivery of intenational arcels - I do have a home business and sometimes do get parcels from abroad.

16.59 got a missed call off this number called it back and just kept ringing, i think it was a pre recorded ring so i probably got charged a f#cking fortune for it find whoever does it and cut their bollocks off
