I got 2 calls in the middle of the night (Oct 15). During the day they called me again, I answered, but they hung up. I am from New York and have no idea who would call me from Africa.

just wanted to let you know that it's not necessarily from Africa. When people call us from Russia and other CIS countries, their numbers are converted to this one (sometimes to other similar numbers) depending on their phone service provider

Same comment as Tatiana's that number called me in the middle of the night and then 3 times during the day around 1:53pm. Who is this?

I live in Massachusets and had three calls during the late hours of the night and during the day.  
The phone rang once and then stopped.
I beleive that the calls are from outside the United States because the first number begins with a 2 or a 3.
I have a call with the number 3-706-472-1219 and 2-322-227-2703.
I also called Comcast and they could not help me.

Somebody called me from the same number at 2:01 am. It rang just once.
