LOL I've also been called by this telephone number but people told me this is an person that try to hack your telephone and make costs on your number so watch out

Got a call from +23222272728 at 17:47 (or almost 6 pm i guess?). I answered the call but no one said anything. Then some sec. later they hung up the call??
What can I do?
