Call back gets "Tim" (a bot) who said, "Hi this is Tim with US Home Advisor.  The reason I'm calling is to inform you of the recent equity dispersion regulations.."  I kept trying to interrupt Mr TIm the Bot but it stopped while I talked and then picked up it's spiel.  Block and ignore.  Also report to your carrier as SPAM.  That should at least keep it from ringing through.
