If you register to vote don't use your phone number.  It goes into the public records then and everyone has access to your number and whatever you put in your register document including over seas.  They don't need the DNC list when you provide your number when you register to vote. This was told to me by a telemarketer.  This is just a place to blow off steam. Nothing will happen here.  This is all informational.
