They called many times and left automated messages.
Then they called again, looking for Terry.

It's not telemarketing..if its said RPM they are trying to collect money from a debt that has went uncollected

Seems like some collection agency. They keep calling for someone that isn't me or my family or anyone I know. But they keep insisting on talking to that person. This is a painful call that's been going on for almost a year now.

I had gotten calls from a number like this one several months ago and they were asking for an Angel Cruz. Now, the calls are starting again, at least once a day. I am 17 and they call me during school! I have answered and gotten silence. I have ignored the call and gotten a voicemail that was very difficult to understand, almost like they were foreign and mumbling into the phone. All I understood was "Angel Cruz" and "If this is not Angel Cruz, press one. If it is, please listen to the following message after this pause..." then it goes into crap I can't understand anymore.

I have read other places that there is an 800 number for RPM that you can call and they'll take your number off the list if you ask, but they are apparently very rude about it. Idk cuz I've never called and gotten a real person.

The government can turn over an educational debt to a collection agency, as the case with me. I don't answer calls from anyone I don't know. It is annoying for sure. I have been uemployed and have many medical issues that prevent me from working. I don't get disability or social security, so there is no money to pay this debt. They can call all they want. It isn't going to help.

This company is a collection agency.  They will leave the name of the person they are trying to reach after repeated calls.
In our case,,,it was for an unknown person and they said that they would update theiir records and not call anymore.   We will have to wait and see.

I got back home & found this # on my caller id. Went to my V/M, & guess what??  NO MSG LEFT!!  If they want something from me, they have to leave a message, & I will decide IF & when I c/b- MY rule!!

Thanks for all the tips on how to stop these idiots from calling. I've asked nicely that they dont call anymore. Actually got into a screaming match with the same woman on two different occasions and she swore up and down that my number wasnt in their system and I told her obviously it is because you keep calling and although I tell them Im not the person their looking for, they continue to call. I told them I was contacting my attorney to sue these idiots for harrassment by communication and the Federal Trade Commission. The calls stopped for about a week and started up again.  Im unable to block their number so the next best thing is instead of fighting with these rude ignorant people that cuss at you and call you a liar.... I blow a very loud whistle and hope now that this person is deaf and maybe they will get the message to stop calling this number and if they call again I will blow my LOUD whistle again.

Buy one for yourself their cheap  LMAO because they wont take you out of their system and the do not call registery DOES NOT HELP  Hopefully the whistle will

THese people are calling my parents home looking for me MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY and OVER AND OVER EVERY NIGHT. THis is completely unacceptable and I am trying to contact the "march of dimes" (so says the automated computer message) to locate and force an explaination for their harrasment of my family.

Do Not Call me again

I get at least two to three calls a day from this number 240 210 7113.
The caller ID states that the name is Receivablesperf.
I no longer answer these calls and they never leave a message.

Below is a template of the Cease and Desist letter I used to get rid of these fools.  I sent it CERTIFIED and REGISTERED and the calls stopped roughly 4-days after it was sent.  I received the return receipt (as my proof they received it) in the mail about 6-days later.

I read some they will seepf the comments and i been through same situation these people call everyday an wont stop its so annoying when u dont know who it is.When dealing with collections agency they want u to call them an say how much u can pay when u are doing the best u can.The law says as long u are paying on a bill the collectors are not to harass you or call you.Those people that work in those offices act like if they dont get there way the next step is to keep calling you an one day they could be in same situation.I wont stand for it an pray they need respect an leave people alone.Life is to short for stupidness.......

Kept calling

People call asking for hubby and puts me on hold so I hung up.I took name off caller id. I usual don't answer but child in military so I answer. Now I can't

I am so tired of these individuals with dialects calling to speak to me and put me on hold.  I can hardly understand what is being said other than please hold on while I connect you.  I feel if you want to speak to someone, you should not be placed on hold.  Get someone who does not have a bad dialect and speak to me when you call and do not place me on hold. I do not have the patience, and life is short.

Call 1-425-412-2600 and spoke with "Rebecca," who was extremely pleasant and has agreed to mark my phone number as "Do Not Call."  This is supposed to take effect within 24 hours.  I also told her about all of the online complaints.  Everyone should call (425) 412-2600 and make their complaints known.
