These people have been calling me 5 to 6 times a day for the past 2 weeks saying the are from NYC and there is a class action suit  and that I'm eligible for compensation because of a surgery they say I've had.  Then he called back saying I am eligible for a government grant that I don't have to pay back.  How do I stop them.

some guy just called me from this number saying that I was entitled to compensation because I had bladder mesh surgery some years back....I told him, no, I have never had any such surgery and that he needed to remove me from his calling list.  he asked me why and I said "because im not interested in your scam!"  he got mad and called me ignorant.....I told him he was the ignorant one :)

This number is constantly calling my daughter's phone!  I want it to stop.  It's harassment.
I have no idea how they got her number.

This guy has called me 3 times.  First time seemed to have info about a surgery I had years ago.  Quickly decided this was some kind of a scam call.  When he called again yesterday I told him the person he asked for doesn't live here anymore.  A friend of mine responds to these scam calls by barking, or growling into the phone -- they neve call back!
