Got a call from this number at 1.10 PM, I'm in sydney. Call got cancelled after about 2 seconds.

Same pattern: quick call, appears to be from The Seychelles, disconnects before I answered. Sydney Australia 20/3/17 at 14:55.

It's a scam. They try to get you to call them back then charge you for the phone call.

Same. I did not pick up at first. Then,later I called then phone was picked up before ringing with weird sounds. I am from Nepal.
