For the past six to eight months I've received an automated voicemail from this number looking for Kerwin L. Williams.   I don't know anyone by that name and no one by that name has ever lived at this address.  The recording identifies them as a debt collector for the offices of Gordon Armstrong.  I've called them twice and confirmed I am not this person.    I'm already on the no-call list but evidently their offices don't review this list.

Same here, all I can do is just block their number.

Since I didn't recognize the number and Caller I.d. only said "Mobile, Alabama", I didn't pick up. It went voice mail and a man who sounded like he was half-asleep said "This call is for Ashley Mack. If you are not Ashley Mack, please hang up. If you are ---" at which point, I stopped listening to the message.

Second time in less than 3 months I've gotten a call from this "anonymous" number.  It went to voice mail again, and the same half-asleep man said "This is for Ashley Mack. If you are not Ashley Mack, please hang up" I'm not Ashley Mack, but this time, I listened, just to see who this might be -- the sleepy man identified himself as "Roy Osborne" from an attorney's office attempting to collect a debt.
This time, I'm blocking the number.

Call from a very nice man who left a very friendly message saying an individual (relative; name withheld here) left our phone number as a secondary contact, and asked that I please ask him to call Wayne Black at the number on the caller ID, which showed "Armstrong".  We've not given anyone permission to use our number.  After reading these posts, it may be a legitimate debt collector for that individual, don't know, but am certain our number would not have been used by the individual in question, so I'm assuming the entire matter is deception.

received a call from this number. Phone scam app blocked call but not voice mail which continued because I wasn't available to hang up before recording. The recording said, "this a debt collection call from an attorney's office". No attorney name given or name of attorney's office but asked for the call to be returned to Ms. Jenkins; for what Attorney or Attorney's Office. Vague phone call on my cell which could have been obtained from any source online.

I've been getting calls from these people for the past 6 months even though I told them not to call

I received a voice mail from this number from a woman who almost sounds human, but is hard to understand.  She said something about a debt collector communication.  If this is the same attorney in Alabama I received a collection notice from regarding a debt at Ochsner, it was paid by Progressive Insurance Company after fighting back and forth for months between Ochsner and Progressive.  (I only finally got Progressive to pay after reporting it to the Louisiana Insurance Commissioner.)  I sent a certified letter with return receipt to this attorney stating I do not owe this debt, have received no bills from Ochsner after they got payment from Progressive, and that they need to check their records because I do not owe this.  I took the time to go to the post office DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC and send the letter certified and thought that was the end of it because I don't owe this debt.  It may or may not be the same attorney's office, and who knows if it's a scam.  The number is getting blocked.
