This company called my daughters emergency cell number and I am highly pissed off. I called them to tell them not to call back and remove her number. This sh*t is outrageous! Thank you to the person that listed the 888 # for this company.

12:12 in the afternoon for me. have you noticed it has all been in the last 3 days. according to the posts here. that means the "listed" number is not accurate anymore and someone got the number and id phishing.

addition... i dont own a car, did nt get a quote, and recently found out I may have a morgatage out in my name, so with the way this economy is everyone should make sure they get their free creidt report from the FCC website. you are entitled to a free one every year by law.

maybe we should all call that 888 number and see how they like it...

I've noticed alot of calls going to this number.. it doesn't complete for me, however 4,000+ people calling them in fifteen minutes is crazy lol.

They must be hitting one area of the country.

they have called me several times usually from an 800 # but this time it was a 251 area code...called back it was busy how do they get our phone numbers?

dunno, could be random dials, then when you answer they add you to a list and dial you again and again...

The 251-947-8966 isn't theres though they are misrepresenting the ani(calling number) aka spoofing like someone else mentioned. need to make some laws about that.

Basically... you can call your phone company and complain about calls from "251-947-8966" and give them the specific time and time zone, note.. they can see how many times they called etc, so saying they are harassing you when they are not might make your phone company upset. But ask them what you can do about it calling you. If they say "we don't know who called you" say "oh, I thought you could look it up in CDR's by the ANI and time I gave you" they will probably get real quiet lol. (CDR's = Call records).

They are pretty much limited on what they can do, but they KNOW who is calling you or at least thier phone carrier(your next contact), now if they will tell you that's one thing. maybe contact the state's atty generals office and ask them what you can do too.

They are pounding NY with calls.

Are we all T-mobile? I am, in LA, and just 5 people know my number. Could it be the company (T-Mobile) itself that sells us out? I got 2 calls today, from the 251-947-8966 phone number AND 760-204-8419. They hung up once I tried to ask why they said my warranty was about to expire, when I only rent a car and have a full coverage on the insurance.

Anyone NOT T-Mobile here? Please speak out!

I am so sick of these scams. It was bad enough that they call the land line all the time even though we're on the Do Not Call List; Now they call my cell phone 24/7! So annoying...what's the point!?

There where two numbers that both called me several times yesterday, one was 1(251)947-8966 and the other was 1(201-257-4210.  I did a reverse look up on white pages and both of them came up Marguerite Kittrell, in Foley Alabama.  Its crazy cause when I try to call back to figure out who it is all I get is a busy signal.  Hope they don't call back today, it is really annoying.

251-947-8966....does this mean that cell numbers have been sold to telemarketers?

This Marguerite Kittrell keeps calling my son about a car warranty, he does not even own a car.

This person just called at 1:04pm, who are these people and is there anyway we can hurt them severvely?

I have a few Sprint phone lines and they have been calling me out here in California the past few days.  I've never answered, though.
