I got the same call with this "lady" with a heavy Indian accent, trying to act as if her actual name was "Anna White." I hope they do know that if they are proclaiming to be apart of the Breau of Investigations they can get a law suit against them for misrepresentation. Since I have this number, and the rest of you people have gotten the same phone call as well. I think we should file a formal complaint against this company, trying to collect whatever funds that or business they are practicing. All I can say is, "Miss  Wanna-be Americanized Anna White," you're getting a bad rap and your company is going to pay for what you're doing. I got this call on August 26, 2010. I live in Texas and these people live some place in the Slums of not even being close to Millionares. Any how Keep posting if you keep getting these people calling you. Class Act Suit is what I was thinking. What do you folks think of that idea?

I think something needs to be done since they called me on Aug 13th I totally freak out they wanted about 936.00... they said that they would come to my work to arrest me unless i took care of this right then & now ... let me know how we can file a suit against them .. Thank you

Hi, my ex just recieved a call from this number asking if he knew me. And that the lady said they were from bci investigations. I do not know this person or why they wouldn't call me directly.

caller a woman with a very heavy accent  very hard to understand  said she was with bci and i had allegations  of crime against me and my ssn.  no idea who or what they are and i figure some kind of scam.

THIS IS ABSOLUTE FRAUD!!!....they had called the me the other day at work the call came up as 911 she was speaking with a very heavy accent arabic i believe and telling me i need to write down this code and number and i kept telling her to please call me back and she said i have been a victim of identity fraud calling from the beauru of criminal investigations and they repeated the last four of my social security number i had asked how is she calling from 911 and that i could nto talk was at work kept telling her that told her to call me back and she wouldnt listen to me so i hung up on her then two days later i got woken up again from this 911 call it went to voice mail i had not reached it in time all it was was fuzziness and then a number called right back as unknown and it was this lady again telling me that there were foly alegations on my name and social security number and she is calling on behalf of BCS she gave me this number and ext and said that if i do not respond i will be involved in this criminal activity. My boyfriend thought it was for real I did not want to call back without researching it because they have my social and who knows what else thanks to this site i did not call the number i had called my local non emergency number and they told me to notify my banks credit places like equifax and transunion to make a police report and notify the FBI and this is a very serious matter something similar happen to me wiping out my account and my bank did not want to do anything and told me they could not do anything my account was then transfered to collection and closed now look what happend I am doing serious damage this time and I advise everyone else to as well!!!

I have recieved several calls from this number 252-915-3138. A man named Eric Wilson was from the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, and another named Brian Daniels from Cureau of Identification who were foreign and could barely pronounce my name claimed that I owed 300.00 to USAPayday from Jan 2008 which is not true. They knew my email address, the name of my bank, and an old address, none of which I had during the time they claim I had a payday loan. They even called my job, dont know how they got my info, but i advised my co workers to tell them that I was no longer employed so they would stop calling. The address they gave me was 221 North Hogen Street, Greensville NC 3820045 which I will look up today. THEY ARE A SCAM. I told them that they need to send me something in writing. They said that i should have my lawyer call them, but i am sure he will get the same voicemail with Mike on it like I did when I called, I'm sure they will change the number soon.

I just got this number calling me for the same exact things you are all describing. First it came up as *911 which I would have to believe is very illegal. This is just BS, I did get one of those loans, but not from any of those that are being told to me on the phone calls. The government really needs to do something about this. They can trace these numbers, so why don't htey just get these people and arrest them. I did send money one time and thought it was odd on how they wanted me to take care of it. It cost me $300, but I just thought it was the loan that I had and was just paying that off, but instead that came out of my account also. So now I guess I have to change my cell number just to get rid of these people.

I've been recently receiving phone calls from an Officer Marilyn Lewis with an Indian accent.  She also said thet she was from BCI (Bureau of Crime Investigations).  She said she would have me arrested if she didn't hear from me or my retained attorney of record.  Her number and ext. are:  1-252-915-3138 ext. 2353.  This is a scam.  Please do not give them any information or even call them back.  Good luck to you all.

I am sick and tired of these people calling me at work day after day after day and every time telling me that the NEXT day the police will come and arrest me, they all have last names of Smith yet they are indian and can barely speak english, also I have never recieved any court papers, something NEEDS to be done about this, I'm about to lose my job because they wont stop calling

This man that calls himself Officer SAMUEL BAXTER called me yesterday while at work i kept telling him to call me later because i was working he wouldn't hang up so i did. Then when i get home my sister told me they called her and asked about me that i was in great danger to go to jail and that i needed to get in contact with him that i had already spoken to Daniel Adams which wasn't true. so i told her if he calls you back don't give him any info or details about nobody until i talk to him. So today i call him and i say i need u to transfer me to extension 2060 i notice he never put me on hold next thing u know he tells me this is officer samuel baxter from BCI he said let me get your file he gave me the file # and he said that i got an payday loan from the company payday advance USA i was like i've never even heard of them if i need a payday advance i'll go in person not online he kept saying that their has been many attempts to contact me on my email and if i didn't pay i was going to face serious criminal charges so i said ok then let me call you back. He told me we needed to resolve this right now if not he was not going to negotiate with me anymore i said ok oh well. I told them i was ganna make sure i owed them the money by calling my bank and making sure that i received the payday advance he stood quiet i told them if i do owe guys i will pay but i do not recall that loan so maybe i would claim identity theft he didn't know what to say anymore so he said goodbye . hasn't called me at all. but just to make sure i called my bank and yes they told me that it must had been a scam because nothing like a payday advance shows in my bank records , so i suggest that u check ur bank statements all the time call them to make sure u've never received such payday loan and then go to the local police. oh and the number that called me is not the (252)915-3138 it was (409)655-3009 they also call private or unknown . so watch out their is alot of scammers out there.

thank goodness i reschearched these "people" called me on my daughter first christmas while she was openin presents the only reason y it got answered is i figured it was out of town family!!! they have cont. to call n i was gettin scared i have never done any internet loans payday loans any loans!!!!! this man  who clamed to be an officer "richard johnson"... (arab) left several messages has my employment info in and home info n SSN!!! 518-8947391 thats just one of the numbers..... after not answerin several calls n checkin voice mail i relised it had to be fasle they r readin a script of a computer!!!!!!!!!....good luck officer richard
