Hand up call from id: RL Services Co

Computerized voice asks us to update our free internet listing.  No option to remove from this call list.  Did come up on caller ID as 253-236-2188 RL Services.

you give them the out of service tone , works perfect the robo caller puts the number on the out of service list and does not call, also sends the not working number to other telemarketers and they stop calling to. This works when the no call list does not, there is also a little gaget that makes that out of service tone that is cheap and will auto sound when you pick up the phone instant disconnect. Real people kinda wonder when they hear it but best thing around.

This traces back to a residential address. Their phone number is (206) 229-6490

These people keep calling  everyday. Today I call them back and  I got  Liza and Christy on the phone; when I asked them to delete my phone number from their database they hanged up on me. @#**** I feel frustrated this is very rude.

So tired of stopping in the middle of important business matters to be annoyed with a sales call. Two different times I stayed on the line and asked politely to be removed from the calling list and twice I was told "no problem"...another two calls today, how do I make them stop?

Call the FCC and report these calls. I just did. RL Services has called me repeatedly for months and I got tired of it. Their mission is to figure out whether the call is a scam or not. All I ever hear is "press 1 to update your free internet business listing". No identifying person, no company name except what's on caller id.

Not a scam, just a sales call. I have been annoyed by this recorded sales message as well and finally just dialed back. I was given the options of speaking with a representative or pressing 9 a couple of time to be removed from their list. They are persistent, but given the competitive environment of internet marketing these days I can understand. If you own a business you should expect being pitched on any number of services just as you may sell yours. If you are being called on a private cell or land line number you should place that number on the national do not call list and/or take the time to follow a few simple steps to be removed from a list just as you typically can by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of marketing emails. Albeit there are a number of scams and annoying robo calling sales pitches out there, this company as with many others is honorable enough to give the option of removal from their database. You can either continue to be annoyed and angry or take charge of your life with a little time spent and stop whining. To note, when I spoke with one of their sales reps this person did none of the actions posted before me and was courteous in instructing me how to be remove from their list. I have not been bothered since.

Yeah that's a load of crap. You're either one of them or you're friends with one of them. They are not friendly or helpful at all. They are annoying and useless. Been trying to remove myself from their list for 4 months. All I ever get is hangups and nasty comments. I even started out nice. Now I just call them up once a week to cuss them out and bother them like they do me.

Tired of this robot calling.  How do we get our number removed?

Got a call from RLService at 12:48pm 5/6/2013.  Another one to add to the many already recieved.

(253) 236-2188 is a robocall that rings me several times a DAY. We are on the "Do Not Call" line.  RL Services Co. in Kent Washington, at: 12544 SE 233rd Street, Kent Washington, (206) 229-6490, listed owner Rick Lynn. Why don't you call HIM just like his company calls YOU!

these fools block their intentions via leaving no message, calling at the wrong time, and calling my business without a viable need. how dare them!!!!!

Get their call daily at the office and they leave no message on voice mail..... think they are just checking for active phones for a sales pitch..

Now they're calling my cell phone and like my land line my cell phone number is also on the DO NO CALL LIST.

It is against federal consumer law to not have a button to press to be removed from their list. this is Not available on incoming calls as required. if you call 1-253-236-2188 this option is available. What is better in my view is to call them repeatedly and tie up their line or when they call, act very interested but ask a lot of stupid questions, act like you have a bad connection, etc and just when it gets time to give them the credit card # give them the wrong # , changing 3 or 4 #s and change the zip codes last # by 1 and then try another "credit card" the same way when it don't go thru..... Then ask if they spit or swallow and hang up!
