Yes, they are breaking the law. More than one in fact. It is illegal to "robocall" a cell phone. By federal law, all cell phone calls *must* be manually dialed. This is actually a major topic among legitimate pollsters because more people now go without landlines and it's skewing poll numbers because it costs so much to do a poll to cell phones.

Further, I don't believe they're a legitimate poll organization. They offer a "free prize" you have to pay for. They *think* they're being clever but they aren't. The feds will catch up to them. It takes time and a number of complaints but I've seen more than one of these types of clowns go to jail.

Report them. Every. Single. Call.

"Sarah" robo called my cell today & my husband's cell 10 minutes ago. We are on the DNC list & received these calls on our home phone also.  Sick of it!!!  We are getting at least 20 robo calls a week.
