If you call back & press '1' to have your number removed, their system will know that your number is available to be called, and they will sell your number to other telemarketers.

It's best to leave the calls unaswered.

I tried to notify my carrier, at&t, and they are clueless to handle the harassing calls.

Neat little thing on the newer cell phones.  It's a feature for making a call reject list.

I have gotten a few of these calls on my home phone.  I do not answer calls I don't recognize.  Caller ID said Pacifictel.  No message left.

My whole family have been getting calls from 253-382-9987 on our cell phones as well as our land line. I just registered a complaint with the FTC like that will do a whole lot of good. But I told them they needed to publish their cell phone and home numbers, then let the public do the rest of the work.  If that happened, these people would stop and soon! Can someone please find out who this is? I would like to talk with the PERSONALLY.   I keep getting a recorded message that my survey has "timed out."

They have called me twice today. I haven't answered.

I've received many calls from this number. Tonight was different because less than a minute after they called my cell, they called my husband's. We do not have a common account as my husband's is through his business, but Verizon is the carrier for both. Maybe there is something to the theory that Verizon is selling phone numbers. What can we do to stop this crap? We never answer, but is beyond annoying.

I am continually receiving calls from this number, but by the time I answer, they have hung up.

We have VERIZON at work, but have not so far had this problem. However, ISG has been calling my cell phone.

First call was missed, I did not recongnize, so did not call back.

Second call this morning, I answered and it was "Sarah." I hung up. I have Sprint, so will try to get the number blocked.

Thanks for this Website. It is helpful and instructive. The only thing I hate worse than SPAM faxes, is SPAM Cell phone calls. They do cost us money, just like the SPAM faxes that use our paper and toner without our permission.

I'm sure both are against the "Law," but good luck getting any help from the FTC, et. al.

Received a call from this number at 7:45 p.m. and I did not answer. Thank you for this website~this information will allow me to check on numbers in the future that are not recognizable.
