Just received a call 6:40 pm EST, no message.

I received a call at 5:53PM CST today from this number. Picked up the phone, and they immediately hung up. Tried to call back, and I received a message that the number is out of service.

Received a call about an hour ago, Nov. 6. 2013, missed the call, no message, called back, said it was no longer in service. It also called my mom's cell phone though I don't believe she picked it up.

Not to be the conspiracy theorist here, but could it possibly be some part of government that's trying to accomplish something by calling phones all around the U.S.?
It's obviously not at random because otherwise if someone got a call on there cell phone then another phone in the same household gets a call right after, that's not coincidence.
How can it call so many phones across the country? Wouldn't the phone company find that suspicious? Let alone rack up a huge bill..
Why does it hang up after a few seconds, and then you'll call back and it's no longer in service. Multiple times over various accounts from different people.
Other questions as well to answer, but you never know what the government is up to. Lately,(more like always) it's been up to no good.

All I could figure out is the call is a landline in Seattle Washington. Have no clue how they could have gotten my phone number, I don't use my phone much at all. Only thing I can figure is my doctor sells phone numbers. UGH.

I received a call from this number at 5:23 PM PST on November 18,2013. I never answer numbers I don't have on my phone. After a few rings, it stopped. No message.

I too got a call from this number. when I attempted to call back a answered machine with a female voice said that this number was no longer in service and that the providers for my cell phone have no control over it.
