Missed a call from this number. Voice mail left was from Pam @ CDR & Associates. Also known as Cred-x Debt Recovery Solutions. Collection Agency for Cashnet / Advance America (payday loans). She left a call back number 888-900-1677. Get calls from these people all the time using different caller ID, usually shows up as Toll Free Number. Even though I am paying them per my arrangement, they still call and harass me all the time. Can't wait until they are paid in full. I will NEVER use a payday loan company again.

Got a voicemail from them that I could not understand, a couple of days later I answered a call from them looking for someone I didn't know. Turns out they were mispronouncing the name. They are looking for someone I do not associate with and who would NEVER leave me as a reference for anything so I knew they were lying. I took the info so I could figure out who they were since they would not tell me.

I got the same phone call from CDR and Associates stating that I need to call back and verify my social security number or have my attorney representing me to call. I have filed bankruptcy on October 20th. They should not be calling me today on November 4th, 2010 after I have filed. Didn't they break the law?

The same number called my best friend and mother yesterday and said his name was James then later said Jim and that he worked for the county I lived in and is with the fraud dept and he wanted to clear up this matter before I had to be arrested they were investigating a fraud case with me. I lost my job and moved away and can't pay them off till I get a job.
He should not be allowed to say he works for the county fraud dept that seems like that would be fraud itself.

They helped me out, they gave me a settlement saving me tons of money!

I had a payday loan that I took out, then I had 3 bad checks come back to the loan company and didn't pay them back, then i kinda was dodgin them, and they can sue you, and possibly presue you in court, depending on your state laws, i even found that they can suspend your licence if you gave it as colleratal

I keep receiving calls to my cell and WORK from this 888-900-1677 number every other day threatening to take action against me. They state that I am trying to defraud a financial institution and that I will be taken to court and that I have many complaints against me. I want to hear it from Cashnetusa themselves not some other company. Who are these people? They are so unprofessional. The lady I was transferred to russled around her desk or wherever she was while talking to me. The first question she asked me was to verify my social. I told her "what? All of my social or the last 4 digits?" She then switched it and said "last 4". She pulled my information which was true but that doesn't matter. Since she started playing around on the phone and laughing at one of her co-workers I hung up. Then numerous calls from the 256-867-4220 came in. I answered and heard the same noisy background and politely hung up again.

They called me and wanted to speak to me or my husband. When I said who I was they wanted my social in which I refused it to give them. They got really nasty so I hung up the phone. They called my mother-in-law and told her I got nasty with them and that they needed to get a message to my husband to call them about me and fraud??? I thought it was against the law to give out personal info

It is true they are a Cashnet credit recovery company for payday loans. My issue and how I handled it was they are calling me and I am not the one they want. They want my son, yet they say they want me and will sue. I told them several times they have the wrong person, but they continued to call home and my work. After several times of trying to get them to stop calling me and my work, my attorney sent them a cease and desist letter stating they had the wrong person and if they called again, he would prosecute them. Miraculously the calls stopped. Good luck to you all.

This company CDR is a legit company It Is not a scam unlike the rest. I thought It was scam but when I contacted Cash Net Usa they told me that they no longer had me In collection that they sold the Info to another collection agency called DMP. I called DMP and they said they sold It to a company called CDR which Is Cred-X Debt Recovery. I called CDR and they did have my Info about me taking out a loan with Cash Net and that I had a check that bounced which they tried to say It was fraud but wasn't. I made payment arrangements with them because I knew that I had took out a loan with Cash Net and they actually saved me money. I'm done paying them and they are now sending me a receipt saying I payed In full.

The second thing I want to say about this company Is they are very unprofessional and you can sue them. I say this because my brother worked In collection for years and my sister still works In collections and they said that these collection companies are not suppose to call your house and say you will go to jail or court. It's against their FDC policy at the company this Is with any collection company they also Is not allowed to talk to anyone In your household or give them any Info about your case regarding a loan or anything. They suppose to call your house and ask for you or leave a message and tell you to contact them not tell you that your going to jail or will get sued. You guys can sue them for this. They do It to scare people however If you do owe a loan I advise you to go ahead and do a settlement payment that's what I did and I didn't have to pay as much. the longer you keep avoiding collection companies they shop It to another collection company and they add on Interest prior to what you already owe. GOD bless all of you I hope this help If you have anymore questions to ask feel free to contact me here.

I just spoke with CashnetUSA and they stated that CDR was NOT a legitimate company.  That is a Fake collector calling you.  I literally just got off the "recorded phone call" with CASHNET USA and thats what was stated.  If you owe cashnet usa, you might want to call them and find out exactly who has your collections account.

I get voicemails from "CDR" all the time. If they were really legit and not a scam, I think I would have gotten at least ONE phone call from an actual human being by now. Instead, I've been deleting these scam voicemails for the past 5 months now--and at work, too! Who do they think they're fooling? I really wish there were an easy way to block them on our ancient phone system :(

These bozos were tracking the previous owner and used threatening calls. I called twice - both cases the folks were hostile. File a complaint - they only have 16 negative reports.
