What the hell?

Called me then bout an hour later called my sis it doesn't even make sense the didgits aren't enough anybody know what this is?

I received a call from this number too last night about 11:43pm it felt so creepy i hung up because it was quiet but i called back and i was scared of who would answear the phone they had a ringback and all i kept hearin is that they were gonna transfer my call wich they never did i just kept hearing the ringback so i hung up then i was scared the would call back honestly i felt like there was something wrong
