Said he was an officer

What did he say after that?

Got a call from the same number...  Tried *67 then the number and Said that the officer doesn't accept blocked calls.  Then I called with another phone and they said it looks like the officer never called your number then I called with the number they called and they said that the officer will return the call,  anyone have any idea what in the world this is?  Or is this gonna be another Indian person with the name of Timmy on the other end claiming they are a police officer?

It's a scam, no question. Best not to call these sort of crooks back, that just encourages them to keep trying. It's worth blocking all those numbers, but be ready for more calls with vague threats and titles.
