I received a call from them today, indicating that they were calling from the Law Offices of Gary Feldman.  As indicated above, this is in reference to OLD debt.

Always asks for R**h W****. I've had my # for 6 years and am always getting hounded by collectors.

I got a call from this number but it stopped after two rings. I call the number back and they said they were a law firm. I asked why they called me and he replied that I had already called them and said I didn't know a Susan Chen. When I said that this was the first time calling them, they rudely replied if I was serious, like I was a prank call or something.

He then said if I was blank blank (my actual name), still confused I confirmed that I was and they said I would removed from their database.

Glad I found this site, now I know I'm dealing with.

They have changed their name to law offices of Gary Feldman calling me as well for a debt settled years ago by my ex husband ... It is a scam

they promptly called back and I told them not to call me again.. I hung up on them

does anyone have their address so I can send them a certified letter to have them stop calling me?

I received a call from some person who stated he was from the law offices of Gary M. Feldman. He spoke very casually and very unprofessional.  he almost sounded sarcastic, and just smug. He started off by asking me questions to identify myself, and then proceeded to tell me that I had unsettled debt with a certain credit card company from 7 years ago, and that I'd need to make arrangements to settle this debt. What struck me as alarming, was that he had some of my personal information. Luckily, I monitor my credit very closely, so I highly doubt he would've been able to use my information for anything else. He sounded completely full of [***], and I basically said they weren't getting anything from me. I did not even have an account with the credit card company that he mentioned, so I just hung up and left it at that. The next time they call, I'm going to request to be taken off their call list. This is a total SCAM!

Message from 877-556-4388 EXT 7089 -Monica at Gary Feldman's (sp?) supposed Law office (1 of many parties) calling to collect a debt from a ex-in-law we have not heard from in over 10 years.

Can someone advise what to do? We have messages on the machine a few times a week looking for a woman. I am lost all patience with these slimy people calling our house and leaving annoying messages.
If I knew where she was I would hand deliver her anywhere in the world at this point.

I am pretty sure this is round 2 with Lawyer Gary and crew.

These people from the "law office of Gary Feldman' are obviously an ambulance chasing, cut rate attorney office who buy thousands of debts for pennies on the dollar, the credit card they are calling me about was a quasi-fraudulent offer, who did not divulge their enormous annual fee (175) plus monthly service fee, (6) which equals 242 dollars for a credit line of 300 dollars. I only took it to reestablish credit after a bankruptcy, but send the card back after the first bill which shows these insane charges, They did not send me a disclosure statement as required by federal law either. Anyway the number they are calling me at is my work number and they are banned from using a work number once told that, Meant nothing to them, Mr Feldman's working office number is 215-735-9944. While it would be harrassment to call them as often as they call us, I did make it clear, if they called I would call back, as many times in response to their calls, This will tie up their system, so if you all wish to do the same, they will not like anymore then we do!!

These people called alot of times robo calls  for a relative who doesn't even live with me.  I got fed up and called them and a lady aid she would remove my number from the database.  Seems like fishing or harassment to me.

Exact same thing happened to me with the exact same outcome!  We'll see if the calls stop!

Got a call from 1-267-525-7060 yesterday around 7pm. The man on the phone identified himself as Mr. Parker with Schreiber Law Firm. Asked me a few questions then put me on hold. Came back on the line and demanded over 400.00 payment. After refusing to pay that amount he stated tht he was going to refer this to an attorney in my jurisdiction and told me good luck to u and hung up on me.
I got another call today from same number. I didn't answer it this time.

I get several calls from this number Monday through Sunday. The message says it is for Andrew, NOT me, when I call the number back I get redirected to a voice mail. the message says its Serber Law Firm. I called to tell them they have wrong number, still calling. Really!

I got a call from 2675257060 saying they would sue me if I did not pay up

Caller ID: 267-525-7060 Message says to return call at 877-556-4388, which I will NOT be doing.

I got this twice last night, but I don't answer because I know that this people are scammers...if someone call you don't give any information, just hang-up or egnore the calls... Please stop this....
