    This is not a sales call. You have been refereed... etc. It's the Home Security company wanting to let you know that there is crime in your area. LOL Yes it is a sales call where they try to get your address so they can break in when you aren't there. If you are especially ignorant they will get your CC numbers too.
    Save yourself the hassle and don't answer or just hang up.
