I had a problem with this company Safe Harbor,  I called there company at 800-822-4662 and spoke with a gentleman and explained the situation and he told me that he would take care of it.  That someone was posing as Safe harbor and harassing people.  Please call them if you get this number calling and inform them so they know that I am not the only one!!!

They are sooooooooooo annoying!!!  You can go the the website and fill out a "comment" report.  apparently they KNOW they are abusing the system bc it states

"Comments or Complaints:  
Please note, to report abuse, please provide the offending number AND the number that is being called".  

I just gave them an ear full and told them if I received any more calls...I was turning it over to the Texas Attorney General's office.  No one is allowed to harrass us like this.

These guys called twice today trying to offer me lower car insureance.  We'll see if they quit calling.

I have been getting this number calling me 3-10 times a day. they never leave a message and I have no idea who they are. My phone is on the DNC registry too.

Just started today - three times in row so far. They do not leave message.  Hope it stops soon.

I have been receiving calls from them for months.  At first it was one call every other day.  It is now to the point that I get 3 to 5 calls a day starting around 8:00 am until 9:00 pm.  I'm registered with the National Do Not Call registry but they still call daily.  When I call the number, it states the inbox is full.  I'm tired of getting calls from them when I'm at work or in class.

says they are calling about insurance quotes; gave this number but shows on caller ID as 6169801308.  when number is called  a recording comes on saying the recepients box is full goodby and hangs up.

I myself have my cell phone number registered on the National Do-not-call registry, and when i first received a call from them, trust me i got pretty pissed off. But apparently it was a call from a company named 'U.S auto insurance savings center" a national service provider working with the top insurance companies. Which include allstate, state farm , liberty mutual and gieco . Basically these people own multiple websites for insurance quotes, and usually the reason they have all our information is that consciously or un-consciously you have submitted a request for a free quote on these websites. Now whenever the rates are particularly down for any zip code, they put there names on their dialing list and that's why they call you. Now what they did with me , was that they basically asked me for my consent to look up on an new quote, and once i accepted that. They just verified my basic info they had, the name, email, DOB, address, car info, accidents record and insurance info and nothing else ( out of which surprisingly they pretty much already had everything ). Then the rep told me that he would just have a few local insurance agents from my zip code call me back and just give me a new free quote with no obligation in the next twenty-four to forty-eight hours. And overwhelmingly i did receive a pretty decent quote in the next few days from a local agent in the next few days!!

yeah i answered their phone call, these people are calling from auto insurance saving center. i talked to them, the reason they are calling us is because in the past v filled out an online request on some websites when v wanted some auto insurance quotes.. nw they are calling us to provide us with some better quotes form the top insurance companies.. when they called me they told me dat they waned to provide me with 35% discount on auto insurance.. den they verified some basic info like ma phone nmbr, st adress DOB car ect.. with in 24 hours i got 4 calls from different companies they provided me with their quotes. and guess what i ended up savin a lot on auto insurance...
