Also received the same message on my mobile from the same number. I believe its a scam, do not fall for it.The reference number is the same for all, which cannot be true. Its just some scambags fishing for easy prey. i believe that once you contact them they will ask you to provide your details including your banking details and probably some fees to release payment. you money will be gone.

hello, my mother received a sms saying that GB won £ 950,000.00 on UK. came with a reference code and said to contact Mr David Frank for the number 27716733179 or else go to the site: fifamobilepromotions@hotmail.com
I wonder what that means and whether it is true. My phone number is 002389763004, if you will call to speak with my mom can call and explain to that number and you can talk to her!

I also received an e-mail and sms from the same, stating i won the smae amount amount of money with the same refernce number. I was also told to contat Frank David. Obviously we all couldn't have wom the same money money with the same reference no.. This scam should be reported and before any other people are robbed.

Got the same message about winning money from Mr. Frank David, the [***] who is sending these msgs. Should think what he is doing, some people are living in hard times and you who is sending these msgs. Are playing with their feelings.......Your day will come!!
