These [***] try to say they are going to serve me with papers from the court unless I pay lol. They did this months ago also. Still waiting to be served. Must be a lot of papers to serve me.

Received a call at work, claiming to be from Goldstein and Morales Mediation. Asked for me by first name, but I did not provide any information because I am very cautious always with things like this. When I asked what the call was regarding the person rudely answered: "So you want me to give you her all her private business?" he then hung up on me. I googled the company and it says that it is a "privately held recovery management company", but has no number listed to call them on their website. Their website is copyright 2022, so I don't know if this is a new company, and there is not much else about them on-line.

Sounds like a fake debt collector to me, especially with the word "mediation" in the company name. No address on the website as well. Website went up 9/9/22 and is set to expire this year. Company is not registered in any state.

I got the call stating im getting sued by eagle valley lending that they were taking to court. I told the take me to court. they alwaso wanted me to make arrangement for payments.
