Now I found out that this company is from AVON,SORRY CHARIE I have NEVER done busines with AVON! Scammers!! Yo are being reported to the FTC tomorrow morning and the Attorney General Of Nevada as well as the Attorney General Of your OWN state of Texas and OUR local law Enforcement and yours in Plainfield Texas and the BBB of your home state Of Texasand your business phone service provider  for failure to comply with Nevada state statute 201.255 which is a felony.Owner and caller face federal jail time AND pay hefty fines.
you used a federally regulated utility to make an intimidating and harrassing phone call  
It is a felony to verbally abuse someone on the phone and verbally assault someone 'I am calling the Plainsfield Texas Sdheriff's Office if you don't cease and desist ANY and ALL further calls to my answering service effective 4/01/2009.If you do not comply immediately You will face the legal consequences of your actions!

I got this one about a decision made with out me. But as she was leaving the message she recieved an e mail from me...hmm I dont know who they are and did not send them an e mail.

This is a collection agency for Avon.  The man that called me was extremely abusive on the phone.  I tried to explain to him that I did not order product from Avon and he interrupted me telling me "I don't care what happened before we got it.  We got it now and you're going to pay it."  I didn't even get the chance to tell him that my son's baby sitter ordered all kinds of crap in my name and that I never ordered from Avon.com.

I received a call from this number.   They left a long message in spanish.   I dont understand anything they said.

this number called me and said they were making a decision without me. Dont know how they got this number though

i keep getting calls from this number in spanish i dont peak spanish so i dont know what they eant but they leave a message . I tried to call it back and got a message saying that the number is a non working number.

A man called (sounded like a voice changer) scared the heck outta me I gave the phone to my husband he listend to it it said "This is ABC you or your attny need to call us back at ...." I didnt write it down but then i called the number back its not a working number

Receiced a call with a recorded message in which the voice is very distorted. The recording stated that I'm getting sued by ABC (or possibly ADC, it was difficult to hear) and my lawyer needs to return the call by noon tomorrow or I'll suffer consequences.  The voice sounds like something from the pits of hell!  My husband reported them to the FTC.

Received an automated message.  This lady's voice with a whole lot of attitude comes on and starts telling me that I better call the 1-800 number or else.  I have a decision to make and if I don't call the 1-800 number the decision will be made for me.  The 1-800 number goes by so fast I never got a chance to get a pen to write it down.  Now that I see that this is happening I feel confident that this is someone trying to pull off some kind of scam or identity theft.  Glad I found this site.  We need to watch out for these loosers.

I don't get the satisfaction of hearing it in English, instead its in Spanish. I've been receiving an auto dialer recorded message for the past 2 months from the same phone number at least 3 times a week. Seems like a scam but am unsure of what they are after. Gotta love phone company's tho, they want to charge me a monthly Fee in order to block this number.

Never get a real person just the same automated voice. Sent a copy of my phone bill showing incoming calls to my department of consumer credit along with a recording of the calls and a formal complaint.

Haven't gotten anymore calls....hmmmm???

They left me a message saying they were "Allied Corporation" and they were going to make a decision about me tomorrow afternoon and if I wanted to be part of the decision process, to call them back at an 800 number. When I called it back, I got the message that the number had been disconnected.  How can it be disconnected if they called me from there?

The number showing up on your caller ID actually IS disconnected---it was never a working number in the first place.  The out-going calls that are being placed have been altered to show one number for all phones in that bank.  This practice prevents the consumer, etc. from calling the department back and tying up the "out-going only" phone lines.

They have called at least once before, maybe twice, and again tonight.  tonight they hung up on my answering machine.  I have asked them before not to call; I believe they are a collection agency pursuing someone who used to have my current, unlisted (HA - THAT's a joke) number.  the one time I did speak to them, they were nasty and did not believe i wasn't the person they wanted.  I hope they rot slowly in a humid hell.

this number has been calling me and my wife on a daily basis sometimes 3 times a day... never leave a message till 2 days ago... it was some automated message in spanish... so when they called again i answered and it is always an automated message in spanish... IM NOT [***] MEXICAN!!! i know i live in NEW mexico but come on... this is getting old... if anyone has some info on messages like this and has some solution please let me know... i want these people to stop calling me now... email- blak94gsx@yahoo.com
