It is really sad that all of you feel the need to bash a LEGAL and LEGITIMATE company so harshly to the point of people calling us and referring to "the negative comments online". Several of the comments seem to be from previous employers who are obviously sour from their loosing the job due to WHATEVER reasons it may be. We do not lie, we do not cheat, and we do not steal. No one forces these people to buy anything. We simply show them our plans that are cheaper and explain to them why it benefits them the most. I'm sure you all have your preferred grocery store because it has better prices right? So, if you would rather shop at Wal-Mart vs. Kroger does that mean that Walmart is a scam artist? No it means that you are trying to save money. We have been in business FOR YEARSSSSSSS!!!!!!!! Obviously if we were doing something illegal we would not be such a successful business! Shame on you seniors for not only twisting our wording but also for acting like children by posting the immature and nasty comments that you have. Shame on the EX EMPLOYEES for not only lying on the people whom do work here but also what the company does. Shame on the random person picking on the woman who bought from Bruce. Shame on you all. This is something i would expect from a group of Junior High teenage girls! Not grown women and children! If you do not want us calling then update your info on the DNC list which needs to be done EVERY 6 Months. If your insurance company is so great then why don't you all have reduced premiums? Why do your rates go up every year? Why are you paying so much?!?!?!? NONE of our CLIENTS EVER EVER EVER see a rate increase because we make sure we handle everything and anything that would inconvenience them in any way before it even affects them! ALL of our clients are VERY satisfied people and NONE of them would say ANY of this. So i bid you all a good day and really hope the best in your life and finances for you!!

This company is a complete scam! They call to CHANGE whatever insurance you currently have to benefit themselves! Mr. Brett Hilditch is one of the worst insurance agents I've ever had to deal with changing over his clients every year to make a bigger commission off a new policy with them! Also he will change over old agents policies so they stop receiving renewals! The whole office is very unorganized and it is sad to see the owner letting his sons get away with what they do!

Brett Hilditch is a great agent and he helps and loves all of his clients.

They save people money that are on a fixed income. It's very heart warming to know There a part of something this amazing. My grandmas bank is on 0 at the end of each month and they helped her save 50 dollars a month on her med supp. It was a life saver for her she can have a little bit of breathing room now.

I posted the bad review in May and someone pretended to be me! Brett Hilditch is a complete Fraud and horrible example as an insurance agent. I never appologized for the bad review he is horrible and everyone in the office harasses poor innocent seniors around the ahouston area! Do not try to pretend to be me I would never try to take down my negative comments about this office or Brett Hilditch!

Did you know instead of switching every year you could grow a cash value to later receive from your current insurance company staying loyal. Switching may save you a dollar maybe 2 a month but staying loyal benefits you in the long run. Mr. Brett Hilditch is out to make an extra dollar and not to help you! He makes a full years comission every year he switches you! This is a full SCAM!!!!

I received a local call from 281-324-5800 with no caller ID.  Since I was expecting a call and didn't know how it would appear, I answered.  The caller asked for my husband (I thought it was his doctor's office so I asked if they could speak directly with me, as he was not here.)  They said that they could definitely talk to me.

The story was that they noticed that his Medicare Benefits information had not been updated.  At that point, I asked who they were with and they stated American Senior Benefits (whom I have never heard of before).  They also said that they  just wanted to make sure he wasn't paying more than he had to for his benefits. I told them that we didn't need their services and ended the call.  American Senior Benefits has a website and indicate that they are located in Kansas, but there is no phone number that I can find on their website.

That said, my husband is not on Medicare and we don't have any association with American Senior Benefits.  It was rather annoying that there was an implication (without even identifying themselves first) that they had a business relationship with my husband, which is not true.

When I searched for 281-324-5800, I came up with a result related to Hilditch Financial Services, who does have a website that lists this phone number. Either American Senior Benefits is affiliated with Hilditch Financial Services, or Hilditch Financial Services is using the name of American Senior Benefits, to make it easier to dupe call recipients into engaging in the phone call.

State they represent Medicare. They need to be shut down nothing but a fish for insurance businesses

I just reported them. Medicare does not call so obviously this is a fishing call to trick you into giving personnel details. Do NOT be fooled!

I've received an harassing phone call from them H.F.S. at 3:30 P,M.and I wasn't at home. And they didn't leave a message. And they've violated The State and Federal Do Not Call list. I want them arrested for phone harassment.
