    Received a call from this number, along with a slew of other new calls from area code 281. (From surrounding Houston area). I do not answer these un-familiar numbers with unknown caller id's such as UNKNOWN, or "CELL PHONE, TX), and who never leave messages. They're almost always telemarketers or scammers.

    I'm actually surprised there are no reports here yet. I'll keep checking back.

    Call back got "Thank you for calling Classic Elite Buick GMC, this is Olivia in sales."  Of course, any number can be spoofed if you own or searched for this type of car, they may be trying to reach you.
