This scam company acquired Hollywood Video customer files, and is using them in an attempt to extort money from unsuspecting people. 100% a scam. I worked for Game Crazy (a subsidiary of hollywood), and before I left the company I closed all my accounts. Which you cannot do without paying any, and all fees associated with the account. When I actually got the people from this number to tell me what the collections notice was for, they told me it was for a late movie fee. It was a movie that I had PURCHASED with cash. Total SCAM report this number, and other information you recieved from these people to your State Attorney General.

They keep calling and telling me they are debt collectors and to call them back.

I get calls from these chumps too... and they contact me from a few different numbers. They are trying to get money for Hollywood Video. After Hollywood Video went bankrupt in 2010, they only have rights to past fees. They have a treaty with all 50 states.. and they may not contact credit companies to damage your credit. They say I owe them $37 dollars for a movie that didnt get returned in 2009. Herm... convenient that most of their claims are for fees owed in 2009. I worked at Hollywood Video, and I've herd of numerous different employees who are now getting harassed by these jokers! WTF!!! I know how they opperated! I went and found videos on the shelf that were not checked in all the time! Why should we pay for your weak business choices???? Get real turkeys. You're welcome for all my hard work!!

I keep getting a call from this number and they tell me on a recording they are a debt collection and to call back to resolve this issue, I never call back.....
