I have been receiving calls from this number and it has become very annoying. The guy claims that his name is Attorney Richard Smith and claiming that they are coming for me and I will be expected to show in court. They know all of my information and I am afraid that they may steal my identity or something. I have not taking out a loan from these freakin people. I don't even know who they are and wish they get caught because it's a darn shame that they are trying to do people like this. I think I will get in contact with the FBI and report this.

Im been Harrassed by these people and i don't know who they are they are a scam and im tired of them calling my Number please help me.

They called me 4times saying I was wanted for check fraud and the police would b at my house if I didn't pay suntrust back thee money I never had an account with tht bank and he told me I was going to jail with my dum ass if I didn't talk to him cause he's the best attorney for me

Don't know why there calling me I don't owe them and I never committed check fraud

I keeping getting a call from this number saying i am being sued.I was accused of stealing and threatned to be arrested

I got call on my job and the guy's name was Marsha; and I asked him why is his name Marsha if he was a man. He asked why does his name matter. I said because I need to know who I was speaking to and hung up. He continued to call until my co worker asked him to never call this number again. Less than 5 minutes later, another call came in from a local phone number from the same people. The last time these people tried to harrass me, I started talking flirting with the caller and asked him to have phone sex with me. He fell for it and told me where he lived and his facebook info. After a few days, he no long worked there and the following day the number was disconnected.

My Husband and myself have received multiple calls from this number from a guy with the first name of Tom (the last name changes every phone call Brown, McDonald, etc...) He tells me its from a Cash loan I borrowed 6 months ago, he tries to verify all of my personal info (which he has all of including my bank) I have told them many times to stop calling and I too get the threat that I will be taken to court which will cost me $12,000, but if I would like to make a $1092.00 pay off right now to make this go away.  When I tell him I know for a fact I have not taken the supposed load out, he calls me a liar and says he knows I have and that I am trying to get out of paying it back.  I have asked for them to send me written documentation, he states they have and that if I have not received it then thats my problem not his.

Claims he is an attorney named Jason Wallace but this is a [***].  Claimed to be out of Dallas but this is a Houston phone number.

I AM GETTING CALLS FROM THESE PEOPLE AS WELL AND LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE I HAVE NEVER TAKEN OUT A LOAN. THEY CALL ME A CRIMINAL THOUGH IVE NEVER EVEN BEEN ARRESTED IN MY LIFE! THEY SOMEHOW HAVE A LOT OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. WE ALL NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT WERE CLICKING ON AND WHAT INFORMATION WE HAVE BEEN GIVING OUT ONLINE. ANYONE WHO RECIEVES A CALL FROM NEEDS TO REPORT IT. IF WE ALL DO IT SOMEONE IS GONNA SHUT THEM DOWN WHEN THEY REALIZE THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINTS FOR THE SAME EXACT THING. GO TO (WWW.FTC.GOV) GET THE NUMBER AND REPORT THEM! GOOGLE THE NUMBER AND GATHER AS MUCH INFORMATION ON THEM AND REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (WWW.BBB.GOV). IM JUST GETTING STARTED WITH THEM, THEY GOT THE WRONG ONE!! IVE ALSO CALLED (800-525-6285) WHICH IS EQUIFAX TO PLACE A 90 FRAUD ALERT ON MY FILE SO SINCE THEY PROBABLY HAVE MY SS NUMBER WHO KNOWS WHAT THERY CAPABLE OF. DO NOT BE THE NEXT VICTIM AND DONT GIVE THEM A DIME. IVE TOLD THEM TO TAKE ME TO COURT BECAUSE I HAVE MY BANK STATEMENTS AND THE "LOAN THAT I OWE FOR" IS NOT LISTED ON MY BANK STATEMENTS THEY WONT EVEN GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE "CASE" THEYCLAIM TO HAVE THESE PPL HAVE PROBABLY BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS SO LETS ALL STAND UP FOR OURSELVES, REPORT THEM, AND SHUT THIS DOWN!

I have had a Frank Martin claiming to be from Merchant Grace Law Firm out of Houst TX. He stated that I owed on a payday loan from Cash Net. USA. I did have a loan from them and paid it off. Now he is claiming I had 2 loans with the company. He has called my work phone over a dozen times today. He has threatened me that someone would come to my house or place of employment to arrest me. I did some checking on Merchant Grace Law Firm in TX and there is none. There is a Grace Law Firm but they do not handle collection cases. Frank is full of you know what.  I am so tired of people with these foriegn accents that you can't understand. He has left me a voice message and has threatened to arrest me and my references. I have told him more than 3 times today not to call my work phone.
When someone tells you not to call your work phone they have to comply with that request. He is the criminal not me.

I am having the same problem. They called me today, 06-29-2011. They saying I owe a company money that I took out with them and I didn't if fact I know I didn't and then they saying that I e 1295.47 and I am out of options for payments. They have a very weird accents. They called me today at 330pm saying that I will be issued a warrant out for my arrest and I will spend 6 months in jail if I do not pay this money in full and they want to argue with you and its not very professional. they also told me that I would have fees up to 5000.00. All I can say is file a report with the police.

I keep getting the exact same messages. Heavy accent so obviously the name and accent don't match up. They are using different numbers and threatening me by saying that I need to have myself or my attorney call them as soon as I get the message. I know that they are not a real lawyer because they also said that if I do not call back all they can say is good luck. Nothing matches up about them and the next time they call I will tell them I am going straight to the attorney general's office and the police.

I have been getting calls from this "attorney" over the last several days too. In fact, I talked to a few different people in one call and they all had the same accent. This is not the first scam that I have been targeted by in the past couple of years. To all those who are trying to figure out what kind of accent these people have, it is not Indian. IT IS NIGERIAN!!! That's right, this is another version of the plague of Nigerian scams that have popped up thanks to the internet. I have heard this accent so many times in the past 2 years, it is instantly recognizable to me. They somehow get your info in various ways, especially if you have applied for loans on the internet. And it doesn't matter if you were approved for the loan or not. Somehow they know how to get that information. And they have people here in the US that pick up the money when you send it by WesternUnion or Moneygram.
JUST HANG UP AND DON'T ANSWER AGAIN! My mother was harrassed so bad on a daily basis by one of these people that she called the police. While the officer was at her house taking the report, the person called again. The officer took the phone and identified himself. SURPRISE! The caller hung up and the calls ended.
