I was in Thailand, Bangkok. ( I did not answer the phone)

I Got the "pleasure" of a Call from this number (+28500946) when I was on Phuket the 1. February 2010 - I did not answer - WHO is it?? Does anyone know?

I was contacted by above mentionned number, I did not answered it. I was only in Phuket. I did not give this number to anyone, only at the immigration. I used my mobile for internet.

Someone called from this number on 14th Feb 2009, at night, about 11pm, at Ko Thao..
Does anybody knows who is it?

I got 5 calls over the last couple of days in Bangkok. I didn't answer, but i checked my answering machine and there were to short messages, where someone just hung up....

i got a call from this number on 16.07.2010 while being in Thailand - he said he was from the danish newpaper Berlingske Tidende, but I said goodbye and hanged up since I didn't want to spend money on a big phone bill.

I got a call from this Number on 19/01/2016 in Thailad Silom. I pick but no one answered. any explanation would help.

Just got a call from the same number when I was in Bangkok. The guy who was on the phone asked for me as my specific nickname that I have on social media site. I believe I never tighten my phone number to those sites tho.

I just received a call from this number on my cell. I received another call froma known source immediately after. I did not answer because of "roaming" costs which are insanely high. however, I believe that a service like Skype, or perhaps Skype..., might use this munber!

I had this call at 1am while in Krabi, Thailand. Haven't given this number to anyone in Thailand so not sure how this call came about? I also don't have it on any social media sites. The only explanation is that I have been using my mobile for wifi.
