    My land-line received a call at 06:47 Pacific today, waking me up.
    A recorded female voice claimed that my credit-card has two charges -- $300 on eBay, and $1100 "internationally", and that I should "press one" to dispute the charges. I did "press one".  After a few seconds, the caller ended the call.
    I get a text-message for any charge over $500, but did not receive such.  Therefore, there was no such charge.
