got this number on my phone idk who it is but people have been getting cotacted for 13 years im not sure who this is but they some how have my friends numbers

It just randomly called my TextNow app that I use for business. I didn’t answer it, but I would like to find out who called. How could I do that without involving law enforcement because I think I know who it is but they changed their number.

The number is fake - it can't be called and can be faked by anyone. So this may or may not be a call from your prime suspect. Just ignore the call and try blocking the number.

Since you know who it is simply call them back and ask them.

In 2013 this number was associated with some sort of texting prank that was scary to moronic children. By 2019 Grant Scams and even survey calls were reported. I am guessing you one of the kiddos since you have problems with reading and comprehension.

Rec'd calls from this number twice. Almost exactly a year apart..10:11 am July 1 2023 10:43 am July 1 2024. Creepy af

Apparently it was my probation officer but I know he works for place in london ontario canada called st. Lenards weird how can he be my probation officer eh. Must be cops involved with this to thats why the fake number. I believe it's just a stupid I.t. tech for the cops

How can you say the call was "Valid" when you don't know who called or for what reason? Especially since 299 is not a valid area code in the US.

This Number is being spoofed by a variety of crooks for several types of scam. Do NOT trust calls from this number.
