Just received call from 302-223-5260 stating that they are going to serve me with papers.    At first I thought it was a case of stolen identity.  They told me about some collection from 2011 that I've never received a notice about and highly doubt it is mine. They couldn't verify any of my current information. They stated that they were "federal" collectors and I asked what does that mean.  Rep on the phone stated that they are a national agency.  I said that does not make you a "federal" agency. This is totally a scam and the rep on the phone was horrible.

3 calls back to back. this is harassment.

Same call. Same message saying I've been warned and that a complaint has been filed against me. Assuming this is a scam and not calling back.

Very rude caller saying I had a warrant for my arrest.

an automated call stating that they were trying to reach me and to serve notice, that they will serve me either at my home or work, but never said what its regarding, I called the number back and left a msg . Did not get a response or return call

got another call from the same number, 302-223-5260, message stating that they were serving me for apparently something I owed, But Since I keep an accurate track of who and what I owe, this must be a scam.

These jerks have called before with the same message,nothing but scammers

They are not even calling for me they are calling for my husband saying the same thing.

Left a message on my phone, which is a government line. 302-223-5260 Said they received a fax to serve me either at work or at home.  Said at the end "You have been served."

I keep getting a call from phone number 302-223-5260 referencing a number JFBC 54545 or it's reference number JSB 54545 I can't quite get the full information it's going to garbling but they're talking about some fax order that was sent to them with a complaint and then I've been served but when I call the number I was going to voicemail nobody is available

They just called me, I connected to them and then was hung up on.  I called back, like a dumba$$, to figure out what was going on.  They had my SSN and address.

This number contacted me and stated I took out a loan that I never did and that they would garnish my wages if I did not pay in full. I have never received anything regarding this loan.

Calling family saying they recvd a fax and a complaint has been filed against me, and they will show up at my house or work..

message said fax was received with complaint against me.  First name was correct but last name wasn't even close.
