Politely asked to have my number taken off their call list, and was laughed at, then hung up on by a woman named Amber.  How rude is that?

They called with their voice message and after I responded and told her to take my name off her list she got very nasty to me and said "Sorry nobody can stop us" and hung up.  They are calling cell phones now, not only just regular numbers whether or not on do not call.  I would like to know who is doing it so I can write the FCC.

Company scamming people to lower their interest rates on credit cards.  I haven't had a credit card in 6 years.  I pressed 1 to speak with a sales agent and they proptly asked for my visa or american express card number.  I told her that I didn't want the company to call me anymore and was hung up on.  I received the same call with the same results about 1 month ago.   report them on the donotcall.gov website and hopefully they be shut down

Please report these people to the Do Not Call website at https://complaints.donotcall.gov.  Automated dialers are not to call cell phones or anyone on the do not call list if they are not a company that you have done business with or that does not meet several criteria - like political campaigns....so this company should definitely be reported!!!

Ishouted loudly in their ears over the phone.  Hopefully, they will think twice before they call me back. This wa their second call

These people are an invasion of my personal space and privacy.  I have almost hurt myself a few times, trying to get to the phone, only to find out it is harrassment.

Yep, got a call too but I never answer numbers I dont know. Maybe they got our numbers from the whole Playstation Network diaster in which they got info on 75 million plus. Only once so far but they are annoying.

No message left, just annoying calls.  Pure BS.

I too received a call on my cell phone today from 302-232-3137. It was a prerecorded message about lowering credit card rates, etc etc press 1 ( which I didn’t) . I had received a similar call several months ago from this number and the person as rude and hung up when I informed them that my cell was on the national DNC list.  

This number is a land line in Bridgeville, Delaware.

I have attached some information from the Delaware Attorney General’s office below with a link to file a complaint against this company.

Hopefully if they are flooded with formal complaints, this BS will stop.

* If calling about a prize promotion, telemarketers must give consumers: an accurate description of the prize; its market value; all material conditions to receive or redeem the prize; the actual number of prizes to be awarded; the odds of being able to receive the prize; the fact that no purchase or payment of any kind is required to win a prize or to participate in a prize promotion; and instructions on how to participate or an address or local or toll-free telephone number to which customers may write or call for information on how to participate in the prize promotion.
* Telemarketers must tell consumers that any sales transaction is not final for 7 business days and how they can cancel the sale.

They called today and I didn't pick up. No message. I don't know anyone form this area code.

I am getting calls from this and other numbers on a daily basis offering to lower my Credit Card interest rate. When I talk to an agent and ask which company they are calling from they will either hang up or lie ("we are calling from Visa/Mastercard").

I engaged one of their agent and got a call back from this company the next day:

Ask for Nicolas DeQuattro and demand to be taken off their calling list. If enough people call, maybe this will stop.

I am on the do not call list and they called me. I don't answer unknown numbers so they are wasting their time and mine.

They call and don't leave a message.  I don't bother calling back because the call originated in Bridgeville, DE    I just block the number.  I don't know if there is a person on the other end or a machine calling as I did not answer it, but I was told that when you get AUTOmated calls, you can confuse the calling machine by pressing # repeatedly as fast as you can for about 30 seconds and it will confuse the machine calling you and spit your number out. Just don't say hello and start punching in the # sign.

They called me twice today but I was not near my phone to answer. Luckily my droid has a blocked number function.I added this number to the blocked numbers and now it will no longer ring, just straight to voice mail. I won't be hearing from them again.

Keep getting calls from 302 232 3137.

They keep calling serveral times a day and they leave no message.

This caller doesn't even say anything. He/she just hangs up!

They called my dad's cell phone and when I called back it said the number was disconnected.
