Claimed to be from Barclay Bank, but asked phishing questions: verify my date of birth and street address.  After I hung up, I called the # on the back of my credit card and they had no record of someone having just called me, and stated that they'd never ask such questions.  Advised not to give out info, but to hang up and call the # on the back of the credit card.

I just had a call from this number too. They are scam artist trying to steal peoples identity. It is not a legitimate call from Deleware bank at all.

Some [***] claiming to be from Barclay's Bank.  I laughed and asked him if he was Nigerian royalty, and gave him the number to the White House.

I just checked "my profile" on my Barclay credit card and this # was listed as my secondary phone number. I have reported it to the credit company and updated my personal information, including removing this.
No calls to my phone number but certainly concerned!

I keep getting these calls and do not know who is calling but it is most annoying.  Someone said Barkley's Bank was the scam.  How do I stop them.  I either don't answer or hang up.

just called my cell.  no msg.  blocked number immediately! As soon as I can pay them off, I'm planning to tell them where they can go. NEVER, NEVER answer the phone, block them as I did.  Update your info & NEVER give out important information as they will post lies on your credit reports........

Called and said our Master Card account payment was past due.  We don't have a Master Card Account.  Gave us a phone number of 888-232-0776.  Called it, gave them social security number without thinking about it.  Did not ask for birth date.

Got a call from this number and was careful to not give them any information. Sounds like a scam.

Called and said they needed a copy of my drivers License front and back and a copy of my SS card front and back...told them never will do that and they hung up

Its Barclay's bank, I have an ongoing dispute with them and was waiting for them to contact me with some info.

They called stating his name was Greg from security dept at Barclay Bank and that someone filled out a credit card. They wanted all the information, moms name, address, social security. This is a scam. Do not EVER give out information.

Continued ph calls on my cell from 302-255-8000  of course the cowards will leave no message   So I   blocked  the number immediately!

I got a call from this number today, and it is, in fact, Barclaycard.

I keep getting a call from them, it takes awhile for the phone to connect after I say hello.  I'm really uncertain who's actually calling.  Won't give them the time of day!

This number is indeed Barkleys card.  Having said that, be aware that a cloning machine can replicate ANY number they wish to place in the VOIP app. I would suggest calling the actual number back before giving pertinent info.
