This number called a half hour ago. I needed to reactivate my bank card and they named a bank in town. I use the other bank in town and I don't use a bank card. I'm going to the state's AG website and report this.

The Other  same type of call I got today was  9:30 am ==>> 617-206-5216  City  Realty...  The recording there says  hunderds  of people are calling our number and we dont know what is happening!!!  WE are not the ones calling you and we are sorry...!!!

automated call saying they were with Jack Henry & Associates and my card has been suspended, to push 1 to reactivate with the security dept.  Needless to say i hung up.  This is the 2nd call like this on my cell phone in a week, coming from 2 different phone numbers

After waking us at 12:41 in the morning, a recording from a company whose name I did not catch (but a credit union or bank of some sort) repeatedly asked for me to input our 16-digit credit card number so our account could be "immediately reactivated."  There was never an option to connect to a person despite my waiting thru about 6 requests for our info.  They indicated early in the call that we would be asked to input "3 pieces of information" for our account.  I sat there until they disconnected us.

This is an automated telephone scam being used to steal credit and debit card numbers from unsuspecting customers.  If you have disclosed any debit or credit card information please contact your bank and ask them to cancel your card.

I too just received a call and hung up.  Tried to call back 302-286-5252 but said to contact operator.  Called Wachovia and it was not from them.

This is a scam.  Call your Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and the news media.  Get the word out!  They will empty your bank account if you give them you card number....

It is 8:30PM and I just received a call from 3022865252 and it said that myMaster Card has been suspended. There's something weird going on because, I am 14 years old and do not have a credit card or anything like that. The caller was an automated voice.

Received a call on my unpublished cell number from this (supposedly) Delaware number, but no one was there. Checked online to see who it might have been and found this site.

got this call too about 5 mins back, rang twice but i didnt pick up, seemed suspicious and googled, found this site. Interestingly many people are doing this last entry was 9 hours and 3 minutes ago.

The caller Id said Wasserman & W and the call came at 11:18 PM. The phone call woke us up out of a sound sleep. When I tried to call the number the next morning, the message said that this number had been disconnected.

1:15 a.m. got a call from this #. Ignored it and tried to call this morning. "Number is out of service or disconnected" was the responce.

I received these calls as well. Caller ID says Wasserman & W. They get our numbers through an automated dialing system. It beggins with an area code and prefix and starts dialing at 0001, 0002, etc. until it rings a ligitmate number. I don't answer any call that I don't recognize the number and would never give out any information to someone that called me because banks, credit unions, credit card companies, etc. do not make such calls.

Got the same call from this number about a week ago. It was about a problem with my ATM card and asked me to press 1 to speak to security before it was deactivated.  Obviously a scam...

I got a call from them saying my card had been deactivated and that i needed to reactivate it and to press 1 to transfer to the security dept.

302-286-5252  This is a Hoax! It's an attempted credit card scam! The machine just called my house and claimed to be from a local credit union that I don't even have an account with. The female voice on the other end stated that my ATM account was suspended due to fraud and that if I wanted to reactivate the card, then I needed to press 1 immediately. I pressed 0 to try to get to talk to someone to let them know they had the wrong number and then the machine asked for a 16 digit credit card number. Pressed 0 again, just said the same thing. Punched in 6666666666666666 and a British Man's voice stated that the number I keyed in was incorrect. I'm in Louisiana, NOT England! Tried to use *57 to report it, and it didn't work. Obviously the number is being spoofed. Will be reporting it to the authorities and FTC immediately! I suggest that everyone else do the same, so they can track down who this is and arrest them.
