I got a call from these scumbags as well.  I too, am on the do not call list, and they are selling some kind of credit card reduction rates.  Total scammers.  Legitimate companies will not call you out of the blue, especailly if they know you are on the do not call list.  Anytime you get a call from someone like this that you do not know, hang up and report them.  

These scumbags are a total waste of time.  Losers.  Get a life or at least move the hell out of your parent's basement.  I'm sure their mother is real proud of the [***] behind this one.  What does my so called grown up son, do?  Oh, he bought an auto-dialer and tries to con people out of their credit card information.

Called me, left an automated voicemail.  Listened to it right away and deleted it.  Not 2 mins later I got ANOTHER call from this number.  This time I answered (which I normally never do) only because this same number has consistently called me for weeks (sometimes twice/day) and leaves credit card automated voicemails.  Told them I am on the DO NOT CALL list but she claimed I wasn't (but I am! I have printed proof that I am!) and that she has the right to call me and will continue to do so until I talk to her about my credit cards.  So I told her I was going to report her, besides, thats harassment!  One day later, haven't received a call yet but I'm sure I will.  THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM... especially since she said how she wanted to consolidate my credit card debt... guess what B!tch... I don't have ANY credit card debt!  DO NOT LISTEN TO CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER!!!!!!  SCAM!!!

I continually get calls from this number. I am unable to get through to anyone.

I keep getting notices on my cell phone that I have gotten calls from this phone number,
302-394-9659, but there is never a message.  I have previously registered for the DO NOT CALL list so I should not be getting calls from this number.

Another 'no one there' call.  When you call back, number is not in service.

regarding lowering credit card rates....I have none

They called and left no message.  Gawd, the FTC is gonna get so tired of me contacting and filing a complaint with them everytime someone like this calls me.  That's exactly what I do; I head on over to:  www.donotcall.gov and file a complaint.  This is so stupid.

Caller ID says:  ACCOUNTING SERV, Number is 302-394-9659

Receive a call every day although it's my "last chance" says the robo-caller.  If you try
to call the number back, either get recording saying phone is not working, or mail box is full.  Have spoken to people at least  2 times who assured me they were removing me from the "call list" -since
I get calls daily, obviously did not work.  Also, if I ever ask a question, which in any way indicates
I might hae a brain, they hang up on me.  I asked the name of the company when I first got a person,
and they hung up on me - very professional!!  There should be some agency to report this to that has
the ability to do something about it.
