It's a Delaware number with a recorded message in Spanish.  Probably Killary's mob.

They called,and went to vm. Called back, and the nerve  of the message stating not taking incoming calls.  Hey, people using long  distance  numbers to hide from the number they really calling from.  They very  well can be in your same state just covering  the actual number (acting like your bill collector ). Meaning it could be someone you know that wants to harass you cowardly. Possible hacking you through  phone  if number never deleted .  Most everyone on here said, it's Spanish. Maybe some one Hispanic or someone knows spanish. As I was typing this my location  signal pop up.  Beware of a personal spy ( someone you know and hack savvy).  Some people tell on themselves by knowing  your business.  Watch for the signal. I caught a few bosses, but not hard proof.  Yes. It can be someone you work  with it.  Be careful. New bully [***].  I'm sure learned from a kid  and use it in working  and business world. Your own phone company, and banks may be aware of this. Just notice [***], because  they attack people who is unaware mostly, and call aware people must have a mental illness or start blackmailing or compensating depend  on who you are. (Theory only)

They called, Spanish message, I told them didn't speak Spanish and it hung up.
