Miss Day kept calling my bro in law trying to get info about me from him. She also called me to say she is a paralegal and I owe $$ to the courts! Huge dumb scam attempt!

Mr Anderson kept calling me threatening me stating I was being sued for loans. Called me from this number and other numbers harassing me. Scammers and liars I reported the numbers and his name along with the recording to the FCC. Hope they get thrown in jail for trying to scam innnocent people

First off, the FCC is not going to throw anyone in jail since they are not in charge of debt collection calls. That actual places that are would be the CFPB and your state attorney general. You should start using the internet to learn these things.

Your county government has nothing to do with issuing judgements full or otherwise.

The repeatedly call daily threatening to send law enforcement to arrest me for debt collection for something I had put on my past bankruptcy so they can kick rocks!!

Apex Legal Services, called saying they received a law suit. I said wrong number, they immediately hung up.

Umm, you should probably take the time to actually read my reply so that you don't look foolish. The county government does not issue or have anything to do with judgements. That would be the courthouse.  Now, in order to get a judgement you must first successfully sue someone. That was never done because this is simply a threat from a criminal.

They called my job and left a message stating I was being reported for fraud. I go by my middle name, so this is how I answered the phone. I was told I was committing fraud using someone's name that. She wanted me to verify information. I told her I was not verifying anything I don't know her or her company. I asked who they are, she told me she was not verifying that with me. I told her this call was fraud and I will report them and not to call my job back. She has proceeded to call my job 3 times now after I told her to stop calling. Still don't know who they are. I know collection laws in NC. It is 100% against the law to leave messages like she left.

They said that someone will come to my job or my home

Her name was Denise saying that if I don’t pay a payment someone would be at my job or house n said she was attorney

That is a phone debt collector script. See posts above from JackReacher. Ignore this sort of call and block the number. They are not a lawyer and no one is coming to you home or job.
