Lady stating that my company has a lien against it for Texas State Income Tax - Texas doesn't have state income taxes - she told me I was wrong and that had been misinformed.  I told her repeatedly that Texas doesn't have a state income tax and she argued with me that it does.  Ignorance at it's best.  I asked for proof of lien to which she stated she wasn't provided that information.  Probably because it doesn't exist.  

This number (303-426-1075) has been showing up on our caller ID for a while. From what everyone says, it is a scam of some sort. We have not solicited their services.

They call several times per week and refuse to stop. They refuse to put me on their "do not call" list and also refuse to connect me to a supervisor inspite of my repeated requests. They say "only an owner can make that decision". I have reported them and will persue compensation for harassment.

Clear Creek out of Colorado. Said they help people with Tax collection issues. Whomever they are buying their list from is ripping them off since I do not have any tax problems with the I.R.S.

supposedly this is from clear creek consulting out of colorado ... never heard of them but they called my phone that is on the do not call list . i will be contacting the indiana attorney general and filing a report but knowing how things went the last time ( said my number was not on the do not call list ) nothing probably will be done even though my number is on the do not call list !

Nice ploy, sadly for you most people are not that stupid and will not be drawn into your spiders web. Just STOP cold calling people.
