I do not know who they really are, because there explaination sounded fake and I could find this number on any lookup site.

ANOTHER bunch of lowlife scumbags with nothing better to do but annoy and harass people.  File complaints at donotcall.gov, fcc.gov, the BBB and The Colorado AG's website.

I also highly recommend returning the calls to them repeatedly, reminding then EXACTLY how you feel about lowlife scumbag ripoff outfits.  Here is their contact info:

I always recommend faxing them 100 page letter explaining to them how you hate their calls

I continue receiving calls on my home phone from 3038623190, there is no message left and I let my mail box receive the messages but this number

I am so sick and tired of receiving calls from 303-862-3190 no message left on answering machine

Initially left rude messages saying I "needed to call them about an important tax matter".  A little too forceful and rude for my tastes.  Now they don't even leave messages.

These people claim to be calling you about a tax matter and say that they are required by law to call you. I told them that I have a tax attorney that handles my legal matters regarding taxes and suggested they call her, of course they ignored that and continued to talk, sounded like a 16 year old girl on the phone. I told her if she ever called me again, I would give the IRS her number.

She hungup - it's a SCAM!

Left a message saying to call 800.867.3955 x 249 on my business line. Very important that I call them about a Federal Tax matter.  Since they didn't identify their company in the message, I was suspicious and checked here first. Glad I did! Their number is now on my blocked caller list.
