304-289-7889 - Received a call today on my cell phone stating it was "Card Member Services"  telling me my credit card is not behind or has problems but they were offering a lower rate of 6% annual interest if interested call Card Member Services or for faster service press 1. Its a Scam that is trying to get your CC info. When you call back the 304 number is disconnected. They have ways to introduce a fake caller ID number when calling.

Constantly calls and leaves messages saying 'it is important you contact us regarding lowering your interest rate...'  (that's as much as I hear because I immediately delete the voicemail).

This despite ALL my phones numbers being on the National DO NOT CALL List.

Quit calling me

Called my law office cell phone but no one answered.

Received a call at 1:04 on Thursday 12/4 on my cell. I did not answer and no message was left.

This outfit is a scam. I don't know why the telephone company allows them to use their line.

I just received an automated call from this number.  They claim to be my credit card company, offering lower interest rates.  I don't have any credit cards, so it is obviously a scam!  The Call Type selector really should have a Scam option.

(304) 289-7889 from WV called me as well. Didnt answer, no voicemail left. If they call I again ill do what someone suggested and register a complaint and keep information.  Thanks.

This number called my phone 4 times in 4 minutes.  I didn't answer, but blocked calls from this number going forward.

SCAM!!! Scammers, just like the rest of the people that call me talking about my current credit card!! I don't even HAVE a credit card!! [***]!! This is like the 4th or 5th time I've got a call like this about lowering my interest rates from a group of people that is trying to scam me. REMEMBER: Don't give your personal info to ANYONE over the phone if YOU did not call THEM!

Called me this afternoon. I answered and did my usually "hello" twice. After the second hello I could clearly hear someone hanging up the phone. I called back and got the phone disconnected message. I have received a few calls like this one even though I'm on the do not call list. What is it withat pepole and not following rules?
