I think the paid reverse look up services are generating these calls to try and generate revenue.  That's my guess of what the scam is.

just heard my cell phone ring with this number. Fishy about it because i dont know anyone with 304 area code! so i Googled it and i found everyone's comments here.

I get calls from these people all the time. Alwayst the second notice on my warantee. I dont know how to stop it.

Called me said nothing hung up, and when they call back i get a busy tone.

I received a call from them on 12/12 at 4:25 PT. This 304 area code I see it as being from West Virginia.

they keep calling my house and cell phone when i call back I get a busy signal or the phone has been disconnected,one time a girl named jen answered an said sorry she dialed the wrong number, then i got an answering machine saying leave a message that it is kathy, after that an answer machine saying this is joe.This was all in the same day I am determined to find out who this is.I haven't had any calls about a car yet.Who is this pranster?

I am repeatedly getting these telphone calls and i drive a p.o.s  I do not have any kind of warranty on my car.

i've been blocking their numbers for the last few months... i'm getting a little ticked off.
