called my cell phone, asked for me and when i identified myself they hung up the phone

Asked for my mother would not give me a name or a company name. Asked them to call back again when they could comply with what I asked.

An anonymous call asking for me did not verify who they were. Then hung up. Suspect stalker.

They called and asked for my mother. They were very rude to me then started asking my mom a bunch of personal information,which my mom refused to answer so the woman hung up.

Call just received. Asked me right off to verify information, in which I never do over a phone. I then asked who I was speaking to. Was told "Julie with Healthcare Financial" and then told that, since I would not verify my information to just ignore the call.

This number is VERY shady.  Do not give any information.

Asked for my mom, told her that she wasn't around. After that, the woman told me where my mom worked.

The caller ask for my husband. I told her he wasn't here, this is his wife can I help you?  She quickly said "no, this call is for my husband!"  I said can you tell me what it's about?  She said no,  she would only talk to him.....I then hung up!  I believe this is same number that called a few months ago, ask for his SS number, then hung up when I told her I was not giving it to her!   Isn't there something we can do about calls like this???

Any 304-388-xxxx numbers come from within Charleston Area Medical Center's (CAMC) network, I work for CAMC and can verify that much. That said, this number always calls my home phone while I'm at work and NEVER leaves a message. My husband was home for one such call, they asked for me, he told them I was at work and asked if he could take a message, they immediately told him no and hung up. I looked up the number and it's from the Financial Services department, but whoever's calling people from there isn't being very professional or courteous and I'm not about to contact someone that won't leave a name or reason. As far as I'm concerned if I've missed a payment or they need some kind of information from me they can contact me in a professional manner or, better yet, send me a letter.

They asked for my name and billing address. Who does that? The call went to my cell phone.

Got a call and they left no message

Received a call this evening regarding my son. Asked to verify his birth date which I did. Said I owed them a bill and that it was past due and immediately asked for a debit/credit card number. A couple of months ago I talked to the doctors office about it and they pulled up my file and it showed I had a zero balance. I mention this to the woman on the phone. She was silent. Told me to hold for a moment and hung up. Calling again Monday to figure out if this was a legit call or not!

That's because they have that info that your Mother put in papers she filled out. Its a medical collection agency. She owes a medical bill that has been put in collections

Called stated my name  , then wanted Birthday. I stated who is calling . They stated until they had birthdate couldn't tell me.  ??? You can identify your company butt heads.

Just received call from this number asking for person information to verify who I was but would not tell me who they were.  She was professional and stated that they sent a letter Sept 2nd.   As I get a lot of mail, that is super vague.

I agree with others that this is debt collection agency.  But listen y’all, don’t give out any personal information.  They call you, they must verify who they are not the other way around.
