Calling and hanging up as soon as answered

I've gotten 17 calls from them in the last 3 days!

Calling over and over today, no one on the line, tried calling the number back to "say a few choice words" and the number is not even in service.
Finally had to just turn my damned phones off due to these stupid hang up calls.

And who would that be, Rob? Your cats?  If you reported it with any success at all, why would you not share with who you made the report??

After repeated calls today, some only a few minutes apart, with no one on the line each time, I answered immediately when a call came in while I was on the other line and actually got connected. Some lady asking if I was going out to vote and republican party and... I interrupted her with a nice rant regarding their hang-up calls all day and to STOP &^% doing it.  She said she would add me to the Do Not Call list and hung up.
Apparently calling a block of numbers and only answering to the first person who picks up... the rest of the people just get hung up on.... over and over.

You have to say hello for it to trigger them to talk; it's partly automated.  Once you say hello (or whatever you want to say), it will take about 2 seconds for someone else to say hello.

Have gotten many calls from this number over the past week.  They have called four times today, three times within the same two-hour time frame.  Call and ask for my husband by his first name only.  I said he wasn't here, they said thank you and hung up.  Second time I answered, told them not to call again and they hung up.  Third time, asked if they had a message and they said no, they would call back.  Hung up on me before I had the chance to tell them not to dare call back!

Terribly annoying.  People have sounded both American and foreign.  If this is political, would never, ever vote for someone who would employ such horrible phone-calling tactics.  

As I write this, they just called back... again!  My husband told them not to call back again and they just said 'okay.'  

BTW, it's the democratic party.  People should know not to call someone FIVE+ times per day, especially when we answer and tell you not to call again.

I received 13 calls today from this number. Started at 9:50 AM and continued until 4:56 PM.  At 5:00 I realized I  my phone service provider, Optimum Voice, has a Voice Portal which allows me to block all ANONYMOUS CALLS and up to 15 specific phone numbers. So far 3049999999 is history.

I have been getting calls from this number for about a week now.  Very annoying and getting really fed up.  About to drive there and find out who it is.

Getting up to 6 or 7 a day in Hardy Co.

I live in ohio and this nimber called me 20+ times in the past two days!!!!  Very ANNOYED!!!

I had 38 calls from this number in three days!   Yes, 38.  It was for the democratic party.  How can this be stopped?  This is ridiculous.  This should NEVER happen. NEVER.
