I called back the 'annoying' number. It is from a 'further your education' crap company. Their is a recording to press ''1' if you would like to be removed from our dialing list', and ''1' to confirm'. Hope this works...

Rceived 2nd call within 12 hours.idn't even picked up.My cell phone listed on "Do not call" list.look like it doesn't work.

I want this number to stop calling me now

I answered, said I filled something out I was interested in continuing education.  I told them to take my phone number off their list.

I signed up for a survey site (InBoxDollars; said it was featured on Good Morning America), that has spawned a multiplicity of SPAM to my paid cell phone (required to sign up) as well as my email!
I am getting “spoofed caller ID”, “unavailable”, 000-000-0000, etc. and calls where no-one is on the other end; it’s quite disturbing.  I did NOT register to any of these sites.
I find that signing up for the survey site automatically generated SPAM to my ‘pay per minute’ cell phone diminishing my minutes and accelerating excessive charges! As well as overloading my email account.  Hindsight 20/20

I called the number back and they stated they were the Degree Spot and it's about Cont Ed.

I thought i was applying for a job. Will never put my number on these sites again. They call from 5 different area codes even blocked numbers. If i can find out who they are i will contact the FTC.

They keep calling me and bother me 3 times a week!!!!! SPAM SPAM SPAM

I get all kinds of calls from numbers like this one and other numbers too! It is always after I fill out a job application on CareerBuilder, Monster, Snagajob, etc. I think they are linked to Colleges. But I am getting tired of it all, each and every day I get at least 5 to 10 calls, some are Unpublished Name and Unknown Number. I wish there would just stop all of this, people have enough to worry about without getting calls that are not about the jobs they are applying for!!! :(

I got a call yesterday from them but didn't answer, then i decided to answer today and they didn't fully say who they were if they did i couldn't hear them. and asked me about education and i told them 5 times that i'm in school and not transferring, it took them 5 mins to understand that and then she hung up.

I called the number back and they said it was "the Degree Spot'"  Said if I received a call from them then I must have placed an on-line inquiry about furthering my education.  I got on their do not call list, vee shall see.

I've been getting calls from this number for a few weeks ever since I was stupid enough to fill out information cuz I won a walmart gift card.... usually they call my cell when I'm at work so I can't answer it I was off yesterday when they called I answered they asked for Joann and since that is NOT my name I told them they had the wrong number and to please put my number on their do not call list. I explain that my number was listed on the national do not call list and that it was illegal for them to call me. by law if they buy your number they have to check it against the do not call registry but most dont. and they didn't stop I got 3 more calls from them after that.

this number called me a lot I guess is online number or freak number , I think it is for identity theft

They have been calling with different numbers and ask for me by name - about twice a day

Received a call from this number today for the first time, no message left and I did not call back. The only thing I can think of is that last week I filed a Ficticious Name Statement for my business and the ad began running in our local (CA) papers this week. Otherwise I have no idea who it is or what they want.
