Got this call this morning stating that i should call him back and if I dint blah blah blah!!!!
From Miami Florida 305-507-4760 was the number. Just deleted it!!

The best way to get the calls to stop, is tell them you are going to report them to attorney general.Ask for name of company and other information and they hang up.

These scammers need to get a life and go to work for their money.  They wished me I luck I pray for them stop the harassment.

I didn't return the call but I listened to the voice mail. That voices creeps me out.......... I have blocked these numbers as much as I can and they always find other ways to call me back. I get them from Washington.. Wisconsin.... now Florida!

I am being harassed by an idiot there as well.   He got all bent out of shape because I couldn't understand his very poor excuse for speaking English.....I got tired of his rudeness and hung up on him, he called my phone back 8 times in a row until I got fed up and loaded Android Call-Blocker onto my phone and stopped his calls......but not before he left a few very vulgar, sexually threatening and rude voice-mails.   I called my local FBI field office and the agent I spoke to, gave me this number:
877-382-4357  for Federal Consumer Finance.  The agent there couldn't take my report, because the idiot that is harassing me wants to speak to my husband and said the phony debt is in his name...my husband works third shift and is sleeping and when he gets up at 10:00 PM no one is doing business.  So, he said for me to file the complaint o their website at www.consumerfinance.gov , it can be done either way.  Just use the option for "Debt Collection".  

I called Raymond Jones back saying my attorney wanted all info about this supposed lawsuit. I was told that since I wouldn't verify my phone number that I needed to wait for the cold summons and subpoenas. In the 2 c prior calls I was told I would be arrested tomorrow morning. Haha come get me now clown!!

I received that same message today. I called them back and they tried telling me that they are filing court papers tomorrow. I asked for what they wouldn't give me any info he just wanted my info. The guy claimed his name was Mr. jones. total scam.

these people are way too funny!! they call everyday and leave these messages about if i dont call them then God help me i will need his mercy, and stuff like that!! the guys that call always use names that are american names, but you can tell by the way they talk they are in another country. very very heavy accents. i just let them talk on the machine and waste their precious time and money. when i hear the messages i just delete them and go about my daily business.

whats sad to me is that the Do Not Call list does not work, and they do not enforce it, its a joke.

So tired of these calls.  I have reported to everyone possible. Something about owing them 5,000.00 from a company called Cash Services.

They said they are going to sue me if they don't receive money by 11 pm tomorrow, that they have a court case against me, he was very rude, very threatening and did not identify himself.

got a call from this men said that he calling from American Association Law firm thank God i looked up the web site and i call 411 they said is no list of this pl just hung up the phone number 305-507-4760

This individual keeps calling and leaves a name of Jones telling me to call him.  It is a scam.

Thank God for these posts! Just received a call from them. I went straight to google to see if it was a scam. Deleted and blocked

I just had a number call me 305/507/4760. I didn't answer twice, then got curious, and returned the call. dude said he was attorney Jones, and wanted the number I was calling from.  I told him if he don't remembefck you bitr the number, or who he called.  I couldn't help him. He immediately cursed at me, and said fck u bit...., go fk yourself, plus a few other choice words.  I did find out that number is a landline.

This is the 3rd time these dumpsters have call me. The 1st time it was Patrick Callahan, This time it was Kevin Jones, & then just called back & was transferred to a Raymond Jones. Told him I work for the DA's office & the call was being recorded as we spoke, he said so was his, However I told him he did not disclose that to me prior to asking me my mailing address.

Ha' ha !!  I am so hard laugh at them... I spoke the FBI agent about it. FBI agent want me ignored them for "GOOD"
They are bad "SCAM" and "CRIME" .. FBI agent told me that will caught them soon.. Sorry for them ! If Scam try to
