They called and asked me who I was and then hung up.I am concerned about identity theft because someone had to give them our name and phone number.Its scary!!!!!

We keep getting calls from this number with the same scenario.  I answer, it appears to be an open line, but no one responds.  I did a reverse # look up on Whitepages.com and got zero results.

at first I thought this was some company trying some sort of marketing research but now I dont,  most of the people they call, they know about there past, they know there nicknames, what jobs they have had, and even what bills they have due,  theres something seriously wrong here. search this number in google, and read the other forum posts and you'll see what I mean.  If its some kids stealing cell phones then how do they know so much about people??

Very aggresive. Wanted to talk over me and drowned my voice out. Would not tell me how they got my number..

Who ever it is called about 5 times back to back and would not leave a message on the answering machine. When I picked up the man only spoke in Spanish I just hung the phone up they then called two more times.

I keep getting these weird calls with a man whispering in Spanish.  He keeps calling from a number that's 'restricted' but I wonder if it's the same people you all are hearing from.  I had someone listen to a message he left and it's obscene too.  Freak.

I just received my first call from them. I filed a complaint with the do not call list. Like many other calls just like this one, nothing is ever done to them.  
I have also been getting calls from someone who says nothing, all hours of the day and night, numbering around 50 or more by now. It shows unknown caller. I thought my phone co. would help me on this one but no such luck. Even though I have dates and times they say they will not investigate it. I am disabled having to get up and answer the phone each time is not right, when its a unknown call. With the amount of money we pay our phone companies we should not have to put up with any of this.

these scumbags keep calling and its really pissing me off.If I find out where they are calling from I am going to go down there and kick someones ass! I never picked up but it looks like these [***] are bothering others. dont pick up if they call it will annoy them too.

I am also glad that I Googled this number and the other I reported. What is wrong with these people? I think they are in Florida, this call also says IVR 305-800-1000. I believe it is one place with many numbers to try and contact you with. I have told them I am going to report them. I also have bought a Telezapper that automatically tells the caller my number is disconnected, this works only on companies that use computer dialing. It works great except I took it off to get my line worked on and misplaced it.

Got the call today at 12:16pm.  The man was speaking Arabic, i think.  Then he said "I'll kill you" in English.

I have received two phone calls from this number. When I pick up they hold on then hang up. What was the point in that foolishness?

I'm finding calls from this number on my On-Star phone number.  There is no answering machine and so far I've never been in the vehicle when he's called, however it isn't a singular instance.

I received cll from this number at 7:08 PM at start it was silent than I heard saying hello ( a male voice) he hung up the and than phone.I dialled the number to check but it says number is not in service.
It is irritating.

I recieved a call from this number today at 2:46pm. Nobody there.

We are getting calls many times every day from this number. The number on the caller ID is not reachable giving a 128t error message.

What I do is I try my best to pick up the line every time they call. I then try to waste as much of their time as possible.

They end up making nothing but lost time and the company ends up spinning their wheels and bothering fewer other people.

Please help out. If you have some spare time when they call, use it to waste their time by keeping them on the line as long as you can. Eventually, they just might get the message when the bills for all their long time wasting calls start rolling in with no sales to pay the bills.

These calls are using a 'blue-box' to re-route and mask the originating number.  The displayed number is spoofed and not in use in the USA.  The calls originate off-shore.  Just don't pick-up.
