For Days on end, this number has been calling my house phone. Usually I am at work, but today I was home sick and actually spoke with a Very rude representative who told me I had signed up for Anti-Aging products online and that I had given All of my personal information on their website. I explained to her that what she was claiming was a Lie and for her company to quit calling me. She informed me that they would call me anytime they want to, and for me to stay off of the internet if I didn't want anyone to call me. Wow! What kind of crap is This??

Someone called me from 305-800-1000.  I'd like to know who, or what company.

We have received numerous phone calls day and night from this number.  When I answer there's no response.

I keep getting calls from this number, its really ticking me off! This is the third day that this going on, I returned the calls and shows that this number is invalid! I just dont answer anymore!!

I've been getting this call multiple times a day for the past month or so. Never has anyone spoken on the other line. So, today I left the phone on to tie up their line. The whistle idea is great, that's gotta be killer on the ears.

I have been getting calls for a week at all hours of the day and night, sometimes every 10 minutes. I answer, I can hear background noise, and they hang up. This is what I have done:

Called my carrier AT&T 1-800-288-2020 (who by the way are worthless) they said I needed a police report number, and to then call them and they could set a trap/block the number. But before calling them back I should call the FCC.

Called my local sheriffs dept and got a case number.

Called the FCC,1-888-225-5322 found out they have had numerous complaints about this number-everything from car warranties to debt collection/consolidation.

Called AT&T Annoyance and Abuse number 1-800-348-8727, they said there is NOTHING they can do, the local sheriff department will have to pursue the matter. But before contacting them again, I should call the FTC.

Called the FTC 1-877-382-4357 they took my complaint, and added it to their stack. When they have ENOUGH complaints they will investigate. Until then I am screwed.

Called the Miami Beech police dept, because area code 305 is in southern Miami Dade county. They said their is NOTHING they can do.

Called the Do Not Call # 1-888-382-1222, made an automated complaint.

Called my local sheriffs dept again, they sent an officer out, took my statement, he is trying to pursue, but what the heck can my local pd do? Not too much is my understanding.

So, after this long post, I'm thinking we all need to find an attorney and file a class action suit against the owner of 305-800-1000. What do you think?

They call and hang up when we answer.

I have been getting calls daily from this number on my cell phone.  I have never answered and they have never left a message.  I tried to call back but get the message that the number can not go through as dialed.  Who do we report this to?

We have been getting calls from this number for over a week.  As others have stated, no one says anything but today when HE called, he started coughing and said excuse me and hung up.  We get 3 or 4 calls a day from this number and I've called AT&T and they are absolutely no help at all.  I wish there was some way whoever is making these calls could be stopped.

i am getting several calls a day from this number and the phone on the other end hangs up. Very frustrating...

has called 3 times this am  - annoying -know that is a fl area code -one time spanish man spoke 'hello'  - then it disconnected.

class action sounds good to me.  at work so i didnt answer thought the number odd so i looked it up now i am glad i didnt answer.  8:51 this am.

Look back at my previous messages and get the e-mail addresses and send one to all. This stopped the calls. 305-800-1000 belongs to a company that advertises for DR. Oz from the Oprah show. Resveratrol is what he is selling. I have sent e-mails to all addresses listed by the hundreds and the calls have stopped.

I get calls from this number 3-4 times a day, when I answer it it is dead air, call back and get the message that the number can't be completed as dialed.

OMG I now keep a call from this number to my cell and no one is there and I cant call it back...I want it to stop....HOW
