    310-209-3892 called cell, but left no messagel.  Very annoying.

    they called about lowering my intrest rate on my credit card! he told me i had a balace of 3000 on my card! when i told him it wasnt so he hang up!

    they call me with a heavy foreign accent asked me to give them the expiration dates on my credit cards to lower the interest who they were they said they were with credit card services with Citibank bank of America and other major credit cards and I asked what credit cards they were talking about they said any I want to lower the rates on I said I don't have any of the right now I'm not giving you that information I do not have the card I don't know who you are and they said we are with credit card services and we will lower your credit card interest I said send me something in writing and they hung up on me!!!

    Got a call/msg from 310-209-3832 telling me that this was my last notice to lower CC interest rate.
    I no longer have a credit card, so I know it is a scam.  The lady caller did not identify CC company name or organization name.
    Is there some way to trace this scam and lock these people up?  Maybe heftier penalties for this sort of crime are needed to detract.  Anyway I do not plan to call back.
